I am a disabled person and being able to shop on line is a major plus for me. I found this site to be the best one I have ever shopped on and was able to exchange them without any hassle or cost. do to an auto accident, I have to have a shoe with good support, and so far have been very impressed with them, the only trouble I had was I found them to be tighter than I wanted, but was able to exchange with no hassle and the bigger pair was sent almost immediately. I will definitely tell others about the shoe and web site. thanks and have a good day.

I work in a Big Box store with 14,465 square feet of concrete floor to cover. I needed a a pair of shoes that could handle the pounding on cement floors. I have always been a New Balance customer and prefer them to other brands. The 644 is a shoe that will take my daily pace and save my feet.
Thanks New balance,

I ordered this style and model according to New Balance guidelines on High arch and standard heel, etc. Apparently, there are differences between 4E width shoes. After wearing around the house, I felt the toe box seemed more narrow and not as deep as other New balance shoes I have purchased.
I returned the shoes.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. My foot is very wide and high arched. I took the advice of another review I read on these shoes and ordered them 1/2 size bigger. They fit just right! I've had them 3 weeks now and have about 40 miles on them, I walk 3 to 4 miles every 3 to 4 days. I use them for my walks and sometimes as casual ware. They are very comfortable and give good support but they have another big plus, they look good! I know it sounds foolish to get excited about shoes but with my wide foot problem, I am very pleased with these shoes. I will buy these shoes again.

I use this as street shoes when traveling around town or across the country. The color is great cause it doesn't show dirt easily. The grey suede helps make these shoes look terrific. They felt comfortable the first time I put them on and haven't had to "break" them in. Light weight and just a good looking shoe with some minor red accents.

Used for casual all day (16 hr) wear, off road walking, hiking, or gym activities. have used NB for years and find this model solid value and a great fit for those requiring an AL-1 last that in NB terms means standard width and height from heal to toe.

My left foot is 1/2 size smaller than my right foot. I can wear one size of these shoes comfortably on both feet, although I order them in the size that fits the smaller foot. These were the first shoes that met that criteria for me. They have excellent shock protection and are cool wearing for my 5 mile Nordic walks. I am building for a half-marathon...I am still happy to get them off at the end of the walk! Being as hard to fit as I am these are the best shoes for the buck that I have found.
