I've replaced another pair of ECCOs that I wore out with this pair. It is the most comfortable, durable and functional shoe I've owned. It provides excellent stability, it is waterproof and is easy to walk in. I have a hard foot to fit and walked 18 the first time out like I'd been breaking in the shoes for a year. I can't think of any negatives.
