I wear a 12D, very common size. These sneakers are a little tight, no way could you wear heavy socks with them. Given the quality I know I can stretch them, I have the mechanical stretchers and one day on them made them fit better. Buying shoes from the internet is hit or miss, the reason I have the stretchers is because you cannnot try something on electronically...... [...]. The reason I bought them is to have a sneaker that did not look like a sneaker but was comfortible and durable. With the Brown color and green markings, they offer an alternative to the white "obviously a sneaker" appearance. I can wear them with most casual clothes and I like wearing socks, so they are an alternative to a boat shoe, which you look like a retard if you wear socks with.

I ordered these shoes for my husband last year. He has a hard time finding shoes that really fit good and don't hurt his feet. Well I did good! He loved them. We went to Disney World, walked all day (12 hour) and he had no problems. He wears them to work and is basically on his feet all day and has no problems. We are now on his second pair and will surely by a third.

I have narrow feet and I find NB the best fitting for me. I walk every day at least 2-4 miles and could not find a better fitting and comfortable sneaker. I've tried many different brands in the past and now only buy New Balance. My wife also wears NB for walking and tennis. The minute I put them on they are comfortable and never need breaking in.

The thing I've come to love about New Balance shoes is they feel broken in the first time you wear them. These are no exception. Very comfortable and lightweight, good support, and a nice looking shoe as well. The only down side is I didn't care for the strings, they felt too 'skinny' to me. A minor complaint and easily rectified. I do a fairly strenuous treadmill workout several times a week and these shoes are more than up to the task. I liked them so well I purchased a second pair and rotate the two between treadmill and daily use. I'm getting very good wear and don't have any discomfort associated with different fit or support.

I coach swimming in CA, so we're outdoors year 'round. I've been using New Balance Cross Trainers for 15 years, and I love them.
They're great on a wet pool deck. They dry quickly when they get soaked. Once they're dry I take them to the gym for a workout, or they take me back to the pool for a swim. I buy two pairs at a time to make sure I never am without these trainers.

I've bought this particular model of shoe because it is the only shoe that fits me comfortably and is full black (required for work). Has good traction, one recommendation though is to buy some good shoe inserts because the ones that come with it are not comfortable. Shoe stretches with time so don't get too big. Have had common problem with the seal between the rubber traction and leather show fabric wearing out easily. Usually lasts me 6-8 months, but that is probably because of how often I use them and how much I walk (working in a retail electronics store). Great Casual shoe overall.

I work in security so I spend a lot of time going from a seated position to walking or running and up until recently we were only allowed to wear tactical boots. Well, to say the least no boot in the world compares to these shoes. They are extremely lightweight but yet as durable as the boots ever were. I have had problems with plantar fasciitus for the past couple of years and thanks to these shoes I no longer feel that pain when I'm at work. They are very true to size, at least on my feet, and comfortably conform to all the contours of my narrow, awkwardly shapen "dogs"...I have completely changed my way of thinking and have purchased over 6 pairs of New Balance shoes for myself and children in the last few months...Thanks for being patient with me New Balance, I got the message... :-)

This style NB MX621 was a replacement for my MX620's which are no longer available. They are very comfortable & perfect for everyday running around. I just ordered even 2 more pair of the 621's in different colors. I did notice however, the 621's run wider than my old 620's did, so I had to order down a width size on these 2 new pair and they fit perfect now. I LOVE NB shoes and will always buy them & other type shoes (if available) from Online Shoes. I want to thank everyone who post reviews. These help me considerably when I want to buy shoes!!. I'm wearing mine all the time for my casual /dress shoes. The color is great and does not stand out loud like my white mx621's and are much more comfortable than my mx627 which cost more. I'm glad New Balance finally made a more casual look/color in a reasonably priced shoe that has the support needed for people with big feet. My 15 EEEE's are finally happy not covered only in white.

My doctor encouraged me to buy New Balance. I have an orthodic that will not fit into most shoes. It will fit into this one and I buy this particular shoe (621) over and over. I really like them but I do notice that sometimes the shoes vary in comfort.

This shoe is great for everyday wear. I does not show dirt like an all white shoe though it has New Balance comfort. I bout a pair for my husband and mself as we are both rough on shoes. I'm glad I did and will most likely buy this same shoe for back up.

I work in retail and so consequently need a shoe that offers good support at an affordable price. The only thing I would like to seed added to the shoe is a wider tongue and a little more padding and shock absorbancy particularly in the ball of the foot. I am on my feet 6 hours a day at least and find this shoe and all of New Balance to be really comfortable.

I don't know what's happening with this shoe...whether it is the design or the retailer sent us the exact same shoe back when we returned it...but I got these shoes for my son. On the left shoe, the stitching inside that bound the tongue down by the pinky toe was poorly done, lumpy, and irritated the top of the foot. [...] The second pair came with the exact same defect in the exact same spot. I'm now looking for a different type of shoe...I won't risk this type again.

I love this shoe I used to wear the 620 and they got rid of that shoe and told me this was the new equalent. At first I was mad, but this shoes are the best I have ever had. I have bought them now three times in a row and plan on buying them untill they stop making these. I recommend this shoe to everyone its comfy and not tacky colors. Just brown so can wear with many outfits.
