No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I usually love Asiacs tanks, and love the racerback cut and the fact that it does NOT have a built in bra. However, the blue lightening bold shaped designs on the front were a bit disconerting when I put it on as they drew the eye right to your pelvic area, not exactly where I want to draw attention when I'm running or working out. Otherwise, it was a great shirt. But the design wasn't for me.
