Yes, it does run small. I bought a large since it was all they had - I wear medium normally - and it is a good fit - even though it's not a medium. I wear it for aerobic, weight training and ellipitical and find it is breathable, moves well and veryl lightweight. Oh, and it also looks great!

I bought the product for running, and yet the size was uncomfortably small for a medium, and the material did not seem that breathable. Overall, I liked the style, but had to return it because it did not suit my needs.
