I live a block from the beach in central FL and bicycle 10 miles every other day on the beach. I want no sun at all on my body so I need long sleeve shirts. But I also need to stay cool - cause it's hot here! I also don't like white and want dark colors. This shirt is a winner on all these levels. No sun breakthrough! Cooler than if I had no shirt on! Fit's perfect (runs large though)! In cooler weather I wear it under a tee.
