The specialized design of the seams permits flexibility and freedom of movement desired by many types of athletes. It is lightweight and the material is supremely breathe-able. It feels as though you aren't wearing anything at all ! The color white is particularly useful when cycling and/or running in shadeless areas. The overall function and availablility of color choice was why I chose this garment, and I highly recommend it.
