I bought this jacket at the Chicago Marathon and was disappointed at how much the wind just bites right through. On calm days, though, it seems great. I haven't been through any bitter cold days with it yet (only around 40 degrees), but I think if you had on a good base layer and you were running you'd be ok in 25-30 degrees.
