I'm 6'0" and around 180 lbs. and pretty fit. The large that I ordered in this shirt was a little more snug than I expected. I actually prefer shirts to fit like this but this was definitely a pretty small large. If you sometimes size down to make sure shirts are slightly snug or "athletic fit", buy your normal size in this shirt.
