I'm active (a dancer) and use these on a daily basis since they were recommended by my doctor. My hip and back pain have become minimal, if at all. I like the fact that they can be used in my 2 1/2" and up heels. The only thing I dislike is the need to constantly remove them from one shoe to the other unless I purchase several pairs however, that has nothing to do with the performance of the procuct.

This is my first time purchasing the Superfeet high heel insole. I love the arch support they provide in my higher heeled shoes and find my feet are not as tired at the end of the day. They are easily washed when worn with bare feet and last for several months. I highly recommend these to anyone who needs good support or finds their feet are tired after spending a day in heels.

I slip these inserts in whatever pair of shoes I have chosen to wear that day....they are so comfortable that I often forget that I have them in my shoes. I bought these inserts because the bio on them stated that they help tight fitting shoes fit better. I have large feet for a woman and it is sometimes hard to find shoes that fit. I have a couple of pairs of shoes that run a little small, but once I inserted the Easyfeet insert the shortness of the shoes was almost nonexistent and I am able to wear my shoes all day without them pinching. I will definately be ordering another pair to have as a backup.
