The Holiday Price Promise is offered on all regular, sale and Outlet-priced items with the exception of email offers and promotional coupon offers, purchased from Onlineshoes.com between November 12, 2009 and December 25, 2009, 11:59 PM PST. The Holiday Price Promise applies only to orders placed online.

The Holiday Price Promise will be given for the difference between the price you paid for an item (before taxes and shipping) and the lowest price of that item, between your date of purchase and December 25, 2009. You will receive an email within the first week of January 2010 with "bucks" to be used on the site, which you can use toward your next purchase at Onlineshoes.com. You must have a valid email address on the date we send the Holiday Price Promise in order to receive the price protection email. These "bucks" have no actual cash value and may only be used toward purchases at Onlineshoes.com. Onlineshoes.com reserves the right to cancel this program at any time without prior notice.

The Holiday Price Promise applies to the item price you actually paid, taking into account any discount that was used at purchase.

Example #1: You buy a $50.00 item on November 29. On December 23, that item is marked down to $39.95. We will email you $10.05 in "bucks".

Example #2: You buy an $80.00 item on December 10 using a $10.00 discount; you pay $70.00. On December 20, that item is marked down to $60.00. We will email you $10.00 in "bucks".
