When will my shipment arrive?
Normally, we ship an order within one or two business days of receiving it.
Sometimes, however, we order your shoes directly from the manufacturer and that can take a while longer. In that case, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. PLEASE NOTE: If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, and you have requested next day, second day or third day shipping, we will inform you of the delay and wait for your approval to proceed. If you wish to change your method of shipping, we can do so at your request and adjust your shipping rate accordingly. WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE ORDER WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.
If you ordered more than one pair of shoes, and we have one pair in stock but not the other, we'll send the first pair to you without any additional shipping fee for the second pair.
How fast you receive your order also depends on the shipping method you choose. We offer a variety of shipping services from priority to next day air. PLEASE NOTE: We do not have UPS package pick-up on Saturday or Sunday. All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. Also, all shipping time estimates are in business days. (Please contact us at 1-800-786-3141 for weekend delivery options.)

Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgement.
You will receive confirmation of shipment within 72 hours, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.
Our shipping areas
Onlineshoes.com ships to all 50 states using UPS delivery and the U.S. Postal Service. If your shipping address is a P.O. box, the postal service (Ground Shipping option) must be used.
We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The United States Postal Service is used exclusively for shipping to these territories.
