If you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED, simply return your purchase to us within 90 days of its shipping date for an exchange or refund. Refunds are only applicable to returned merchandise - original expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I make an exchange?

Want to exchange an item? You can return the merchandise to us within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are easy and free-here's how to get started.

Just give us a call at 1-800-786-3141 and our expert Customer Service Agents will help you with the exchange process. They'll give you an EA (Exchange Authorization) number, as well as a UPS label for free exchange shipping.

  1. Once we have confirmed the exchange, you will receive an email (within 24 hours) with the UPS return label attached. Just print out the label and tape it to your return box. Please send your exchange back to us in the original shipping box and include the exchange form that came with your package. If you didn't receive one, you can download an exchange form now.   2. Take the package to your local UPS store or nearest UPS drop-off. If you need to find the most convenient UPS location, please call 1-800-742-5877 or visit www.ups.com. We will process your exchange within one week of the date we receive your package. If you use our label, all UPS shipping charges will be billed to us. We recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation.


To expedite the processing of your exchange, please be sure to include a completed exchange form. Returning items without this form may delay your exchange. To view and print the Exchange form, you may need to install Adobe Reader. To do so, simply click the Adobe button to the right.

UPS will email you a link to your UPS return label. Look for "UPS Label Delivery" in the subject line. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please check your email filters. If you still do not receive your label, let us know and we'll be happy to send you one via postal mail.

How do I make a return?

Returns are easy. You can return your order for a refund within 90 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

Simply fill out the return form you received in your package, and pack the shoes and your form in the original shipping box. If you didn't receive a form, you can download a return form now.

  1. Take your package to your local post office, local UPS store, or nearest UPS drop-off. If you are returning your merchandise for refund, you are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. We cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges. We will credit your account within one week from the date we receive your package. Please note: you may not see the credit on your account immediately. Most banks take up to one week to transfer funds on a credit.

It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

Please save your tracking number. We also recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation.
