These are great socks for running. They look, feel, and wear like cotton socks. They keep your feet dry and provide great protection from blisters, etc. These socks also provide a little extra cushioning that the thinner socks do not provide.

I just love Thorlo socks, they are so comfortable and durable. This sock fits very well and and is extremely comfortable. It fits true to size and I can wear them all day and my feet are still dry and they do not hurt like when I wear the other socks that I own. I am diabetic and these socks fit and wear better than any sock that is described as a diabetic sock.

The fat pads on my feet have deteriorated and I depend heavily on, not only my shoes and orthodics, but my socks as well, to allow me to continue walking ( three miles) every morning.

If you spend much time on your feet these are a wise investment. I sometimes work long hours (up to 16hrs.) and wanted socks with a thick cushion to keep my feet as comfortable as possible. I think these will definetly help. I tested these by walking on hard wood floors with one of these socks on one foot and the other bare foot and the difference was amazing! They even make shoes with poor padding comfortable. I bought these because I believe pain in your feet can spread up to your knees, hips, and into your back and after a long days work when everyone else is hurting I'll still be feeling fine and going strong! Bonus: They're Made in the USA

I use these socks for running. These thick socks help with cushioning. If you have tight shoes, these would not be for you. But they are comfortable when I am running.

These are a great cushioned sock - they have helped eliminate any blisters I used to get with cotton socks. Beware, due to the thick cushioning, you may need to go 1/2 size up in your NORMAL RUNNING SHOE SIZE.
