I actually bought these as a gift for my dad, and he loves them (although he doesn't actually use them for running, just everyday wear)! He lives in the east, and said they actually keep his feet pretty warm when he wears them. He commented on how they didn't lose their shape after several washings, like some socks he's had.

These socks have extra padding in the heels for runners but if you have plantar fasciitis these socks, along with shoes that have shock-absorbing soles, will allow you to function without pain.
