These inserts have been a true blessing!
I have been fighting heel pain from plantar fasciitis with no real affect until I tried these after a recommendation from a outdoor store. I figured I can't loose as i can return them if I don't like them. Within in a day the pains subsided and after a month pretty much gone. WOW! I have also recommended them to two other people with similar results.
Got a pain in the foot? Get this insert for all your shoes.
I did and could not be happier!

Don't buy these insoles if you're looking for squishy, cushy insoles. They're not at all like garden variety gel insoles. They are very supportive, however, and that's what a good insole needs to be.

The manufacturer recommends that you acclimate yourself to the insoles gradually over several days. I found that to be necessary, even enduring a bit of pain at first. Eventually they became comfortable, though, and my feet and legs reaped the benefits of proper insole support.

I used to wear Superfeet when I played competitive tennis, but it had been some years since I had used them. I am a surgeon and on my feet most of the day. I wear New Balance 993s and decided to give them another try. They definitely feel just how I remembered them. Very supportive through the arch, but they do require "breaking in time". One small annoyance is that they do "click" when you walk. I think this sound is probably a result of the plastic molding around the heel, and if I remember correctly, dissipates with time.

The podiatrist took an xray of my feet and watched me walk across the room and said "you know, there is only so much we can do with orthotics". These with a good stable shoe with ample width for me foot have remedied my foot and hip pain, better than his custom-fit orthotic. They feel a bit wrong at first but they are right!

I have a fairly high arch that is collapsed, and loose unstable foot that pronate.
