It’s ideal for feet with low arches, but fits all arch types. The moderately deep heel cup provides control and comfort. I am a casino pit boss and I am on my feet most of the time. I use these insoles in one of the pair dress shoes I use for work, and I feel great! I feel even better than wearing my other comfortable shoes for work, without the insoles.
