I don't spend a lot of time on my feet but these shoes aren't comfortable even with minimal standing time. My old NB shoes were worn out & were more comfortable to stand in than these. First & last Sketchers I'll buy.

New job required the use of Steel Toe shoes. Was looking at different brands and then found a link to Skecher Steel Toes. I 9 times out of 10 purchase Skechers for my everyday non-work shoes, and know the comfort and durability of their brand. Figuring that their work shoes would be of the same quality, I purchased a pair. I must say Skecher did not dissapoint. Very good support, the insoles have a nice level of cushion, another aspect that was very important to me since I work 12 hour shifts standing on metal flooring. Another thing to add, these shoes even with the Steel Toe, are suprisingly light. They feel only a few more ounces heavier then me everyday shoes.

I work in Corrections and the shoe is very comfortable, made well and provides extra safety with the steel toe! The solid black shoe gives you that professional look and works great for me while running on the basketball court or looking great sitting at the office desk. There isn't anything I can say that's not so great about it, other than they do weight about twice the weight (about 5 pounds) compared to most shoes that are not steel toe; however, still comfortable to officiate basketball in. Just simply, one of the best steel-toe, athletic shoes on the market!!!

I've had my present job for 34 years which involves standing and walking on concrete floors for 12 hour shifts. I have tried many different brands/styles of safety shoes and this is the first one that my toes feel comfortable in. I did order them sized wide but that is what I have done for years and still resorted to removing the steel toe inserts so I could survive the 12 hour shifts. After using these shoes for a month my feet feel very comfortable in them and I have no desire to remove the steel toes. Finally after all this time a safety shoe I like! More cushioning would be nice but I don't think there can ever be enough of it to satisfy me. Great shoe!
