I like everything about these shoes. I have problems with both flat feet and injured ankles. My feet tire fast yet with these shoe I don't have tired feet at the end of the day. I own a restaurant and am on my feet all day, seven days a week yet I don't seem to tire with these shoes.
These were comfortable the first time I put them on and continue to be so. I have some issues with my feet and it often takes me days to get comfortable with a new pair of shoes. These shoes are very well designed.
I ordered my usual size (9.5 EEE) and, while these were comfortable, I had about 1.25 inches of toe room. So I ordered 9 EEE and they fit like a glove.
I've had three surgeries on my feet, so comfortable shoes are really important to me. This shoe is roomy and well padded. There is plenty of room if you want to add an additional insole. I replaced the insole with one with more arch support. The bottom of the shoe is firm and I feel secure that I won't slip and fall. The bottom also has a nice rocker that aids in propulsion. The top hook and loop strap is longer than needed for me, but people with swollen feet will appreciate the extra length. I am a woman, but I bought this men's shoe because it was the only hook and loop sneaker that came in brown and was built like a real sneaker. While it's not as good as a truly orthopedic shoe, it is still a good shoe if you want stability and comfort.
