These shoes are a real pleasant surprise for me. I have very wide and flat feet, so buying shoes is an exclusively on-line adventure. I was looking for a somewhat dressy brown shoe that I could wear with a suit or slacks. This shoe is conservative in style with many eyelets for the laces....I like that as it eases pressure on my instep, which is high on my feet. This shoe has a very generous toe box, adding to the comfort of the shoe. The sole and insert are both very spongy, which lessens the impact while walking. Again, I expected a nice shoe, I got an outstanding one!

I don't write many reviews but after wearing these for one day I feel I must. First of all I have foot Problems,extremely flat, wide feet so it becomes a great deal to find shoes that are comfortable right out the box, It usually take a break in period.. I put these shoes on the first time and it was quite an experience, extremely roomy toe box and a very cushioned soul.I worked the first day 12 hours of standing and walking in my delivery job ( Slip resistant is a plus ) with no PAIN at all. You can also use orthotics and still leave in the lower layer in sole for extra comfort ( It comes with 2 inserts ) Overall a Fantastic shoe that I will be the only workshoe I'll every buy from now on...
