Since I returned the product, can't comment on long term usage.

Service & Delivery comments:

All aspects of service, shipping and return process were excellent. I ordered another pair of NB 622 crosstrainers and I am totally satisfied. It is my second pair. I wore out my first pair hiking in New Zealand, but only after they had lasted me 2 years of daily use. Great all purpose shoe.

Great Brand, the last pair of these I had were worn into the ground, the only negative I have is that the width is a bit snug despite the "Wide" designation. I expect that once I break these in, however, they will give me the same long and comfortable service as the last pair.

This is a great shoe for the price. I used it for the first time in a light 5 mi hike & it held up well & was comfortable even though I hadn't had the opportunity to break-in the shoe. Highly recommend it.
