Service & Delivery comments:

Color on web page was incorrect. Customer service contacted Merrell, found out the problem. Returned two pairs and received new shoes almost immediately. The delivery estimate for both orders was much longer than actual delivery.

I have the identical shoe, but different color/finish ("bug brown" I believe) that I've worn for 2+ years. Looks and feels like real leather. The new ones ("mahogany"?) look like plastic. Same excellent comfort.

I fell and broke my ankle and have been in a walking boot for several weeks. It is the only shoe I have that provides the support I need for my other foot so that my back doesn't ache as I move around. I can't wait to be able to wear both shoes :)

Excellent shoes for OR. Had Dansko clogs before this, but they were not waterproof. The Dansko's also had very high platform which led to occasional ankle twisting. These shoes are totally waterproof and you can just wipe of any blood or fluid that gets on them. Very comfortable and styilsh. Highly recommended for anyone in medical profession who needs good looking durable shoes that you don't have to worry about being stained by blood etc.
