Comments about Johnston and Murphy Ainsworth Penny:

These shoes have a stylish look and have a comfortable feel. Be careful about sizing, however, as it seems to run nearly one full size too large. I wish I had sent my second order back (the first went back because the shoes were much too large at 12W) and had re-ordered 11.5M--maybe even 11M--instead of 11.5W. That's the way it goes with buying shoes online, however; there will always be the "perfect fit" issue.
That said, the quality seems exceptional, and the linings are first-rate. If you have the patience to exchange improperly fitting shoes, perhaps multiple times, you can't go wrong with these J&Ms.

Service & Delivery comments:

Deliver was very prompt, and the customer service was outstanding. Very pleased overall.
