Bought these for my husband to wear inside when visiting the MN cabin on cold winter days but he also uses them in FL "winter" to run out and get the paper - serves both purposes well. Likes the flexible sole when "putting his feet up". Originally ordered a 44 (for his size 11.5 foot) but exchanged them (smoothly!!!) for a 45 - better air circulation which keeps his feet warm but not sweaty.

These are allmost perfect. As for fit --- they feel a bit tight at first, but they stretch out and practically mold to your foot.
I bought them for my husband because I love mine so much. BUT both mine and his came apart at the seam in the front -- the sole split from the rest of the slipper along the toes.
I had mine repaired by the shoemaker, and I told my husband to do the same. The reason I just bought him a second pair is that the shoe repair store BURNED DOWN with his slippers in them!
Despite the problem with the sole splitting form the seam, I have bought several pairs.
We put them on our feet as soon as we get in the house and wear them all day and evening when we are home.

Bought for hospital stay and use them daily for lounging.
Easy to slip on after back surgery and keeps the feet
very warm. Havent had them long enough to find
anything wrong with them.

Service & Delivery comments:

inside shoe started to peel away after 2 weeks. returned , and purchase grizly closed back , which i have owned before , and even though price is high it is the best shoe.

I lived in Minnesota and it is the coldest winter since 1861 this year and I had no slippers or something to lounge in. My feet were always cold no matter what I did! I got these boiled wool slippers and that are the GREATEST! My feet are never cold anymore, I wear them in the house in street clothes as well as when I have PJ's on. They work for everything. A definite MUST for cold climates and hardwood floors! My other Haflinger's are boiled wool and I use them for outdoors with the nice sole on them which is non-skid and they keep my feet warm all the time!
