Purchased for my husband who has very wide foot and also swelling frequently. The adjustable width easily accommodates this problem. Ability to open at back as well as across top was great for him after surgery and being to put on own shoes. These sandals have fantastic support even for the heavy person. He uses them for everything. You will not be disappointed with these; they are exactly as pictured and superb quality.

I bought these for a Disney World trip. With all the walking there I wanted a comfortable sandal. I shopped at dozens of stores and couldn't find anything that fit right. A friend told me about this shoe. It is the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I have very hard to fit feet so the adjustments that can be made with this shoe are great. I was really excited to find these.

Nice Sandals but Arches are WAY too HIGH

These are nice sandals but I can not wear them. When you first put them on, they feel great but that did not last long for me. The arches in these sandals are so high that they hurt my feet within a few hours. I have tried repeatedly to wear them with the same result. If you need a lot of arch support, these are the sandals for you. If your feet are normal like mine, these may hurt your feet to the point that you can not wear them. I really like the sandals and it is a shame that I can not wear them.

I have been looking for a back-up/replacement for a pair of Sperry Top Sider sandals that are well made, have good support (solid connection along side from heel/ankle to forefoot), solid footbed and are very comfortable. These Ecco Yucatan sandals have a near identical design, and are very comfotable. However, the construction is noticeably less sturdy than on the Sperry's. I am sure they will do fine, but I do not expect them to last as long - which is too bad given how expensive they are. Fortunately I had a discount coupon for OnLine Shoes as a result of a purchase at eBags, which made the purchase less painful.

I wear this sandal on the weekends and any chance I get out of work. They're really good for biking around in the city, and they're relatively good for long walks. They're comfortable, and the toe box adjusts, so that I can fit my super-wide feet into them with no problem.
