I bought these shoes for my husband for Christmas because he hates tennis shoes that are too "athletic"-looking. He really likes them. It took him awhile to get used to the sole design that requires you to sort of propel yourself forward (hence burning more calories as Earth claims you will), but once he got used to that, he said they are extremely comfortable. They are also very very lightweight which is a plus, especially for travelling. This was our first experience with Earth shoes, and I would say that overall we are both satisfied with the purchase.
