I have a pinched nerve in my foot. This is the ONLY shoe I can run in that doesn't cause pain. My plantar fas. also went away after wearing it. I even started wearing other styles of earth shoes because this one relieved the pain so much!! The lower heel made all the difference. The shoe runs a little small, so I ordered 1/2 size larger and was happy with that. The quality of the shoe is not the greatest (the layers in the sole separated), but the fit is worth it.

I love these shoes so much that this is the third pair I have purchased - same size, color and everything. I love them so much that I don't want to change a thing - I just get another pair!

I swear by the Earth reverse heel. It actively engages my leg muscles and it relaxes my lower back pain. Now when I wear any other shoe I can immediately feel it in my back and I know I gotta get back in that Earth reverse heel and feel better again.

The only thing I don't like is that in the first few days the shoes are too stiff and they always rub the back of my heel too hard. This goes away after a few days of walking in them. It's a small price to pay for how awesome and durable they are.
