I've owned two pairs of this style since 1998. I wear these to work in my medical clinic -- looks good in professional environment. I also wear them casually, very comfortable for walking around the city for long periods of time. The brand is a bit heavier than others, but I view that as a form of exercise. They are incredibly comfortable.

I said that they feel a half size too big only because I wear a men's 9.5 and have to these in a 10..but they still feel great.

I've had these shoes for over 3 years and they are still my favorite non-sneakers that I have. I wear these with jeans all of the time and have even worn them with khaki's from time to time.

I really like these shoes because they are stylish and comfortable. I had to go down a size because the first pair were too big. At first I felt like they were too heavy but that's how Dr. Martens shoes are because they are made to last. After wearing them a couple of times, they feel great. I got no blisters or rubbing at all. I even bought my 23 year old daughter a pair for Christmas ....I know she will like them because she has commented on how cute mine are.

I'm very happy with my doc martins. This is the first time I've ordered from this site and I'm please to say that the transaction went through nicely.

I normally wear 7.5 shoes but this store was all out of 7s so I ordered an 8. After trying on a size 8, I have to say, I probably should have ordered a size 6. The boots are slightly larger than their stated size in my opinion. So if you're a woman with average sized, dainty feet, you're better off with a smaller size than a bigger size than what you normally wear.

This is the first time I've ordered here and I have to say, I'm very satisfied with the service. I got my shoes today and they're awesome. My only problem is that it seems too long. I realize i DO have unusually dainty feet but I normally wear a size 7 to 7.5. This time, I ordered a size 8 simply because size 7s were all out and I have to say, with these kinds of shoes, you're better off ordering a size smaller than a size larger. Also, this particular type of boots feel a bit uncomfortable around the ankles but that might change once I break them in.

They feel heavy at first, they are comfortable enough that you do not even notice. I have a bad back, these shoes are good for walking and standing a lot. Nice design, so that I could where them at nice restaurants.
