I wear these shoes everyday to work, and I find that I even wear them on weekends. I find that even with rotating my shoes out I buy a new pair every 6 months. I am always tearing the material off the steel toe. I would strongly recommend these shoes to a friend.

I am an event chef for a very successful catering company in the Philadelphia area and I wanted a shoe that not only was stylish and presentable but also rugged,comfortable,and safe. I chose the steel toed oxford for all the afore mentioned attributes. I am on my feet from 8 to 15 hours a day climbing in and out of delivery trucks in all kinds of weather and with its non slip saftey soles and its steel toes I don't have to worry about slipping on slick surfaces or crushing my toes under heavy catering boxes. Without a doubt the best shoes I have owned in 35 years as a chef. Kudos Dr. Martens!

These shoes are great! I spend about 10-12 hours a day on my feet and these shoes give me the support that i need to take the day on. The only downside is that they take a long time to break in, and you might want to put in an insert as they do not have very much in arch support, but that is with most shoes anyway. Great shoe typical as you would get with Dr. Martens
