I have been wearing this same model for 10 years now. I work as ED nurse and do 12 hour shifts and my legs and feet are never sore since switching to these shoes. I typically need to wear orthotics in my running shoes to run and exercise but these Danskos are supportive enough as is. The only thing I would mention is that I order 1/2 size smaller then I usually wear to get a perfect fit.

I am a distance runner and need orthotics in my shoes for my flat feet. My orthotics do not fit in the Dansko's but this did not matter at all. The clogs support my feet well and I have no back or leg pain even after wearing these and walking around in them all day. The narrow size is still a little wide for my feet, but wearing thicker socks solves the problem. Cabrio leather looks very rich and seems very protective against scuffs. Love the extra height it gives me without sacrificing comfort or safety.

My feet and legs have thanked my sensibility for ordering this product. Klunky on stairs, but if you walk level surfaces in health care settings, they are the best work shoes you ever owned. I have started a trend at the job site. All day comfort. Use thin socks. A podiatrist at work reviewed them and told me they are good footwear.
