These are the first Wellingtons that I can fit into without straining my body. The toe area is wide enough for my wide foot, box type toe that is also made of steel. Took a bit to work them soft enough for an easy fit, but was well worth it. They also look nice to wear almost any where.

Had already owned a pair, so I knew what I was getting. Ordering and having them shipped to my home was a big plus. I also paid $55.00 less then the lowest price I could find. Chippewa's are a bit pricey but I had my last pair 4 yrs, and they are the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. I have nothing bad to say.

The only down side I can say is that the arch support and cushion is lacking, though comparable to other boot brands, easily added. Beyond that, I am very happy with the fit and the width. The water proofing works well, which means the world to me and my work day.
