The girl I have a crush on complemented me on these the first day I wore them *sigh* They're also extremely comfortable and well-cushioned for boots, which are important too... I guess. The laces are swanky and they're stylish enough to wear to work with Dockers or just with jeans on a date. I'm a frugal dude and was wary of paying so much, but honestly they're more than worth the price just for that one compliment... don't judge me.

Really like them now, after two weeks of wear. The sole has always felt comfortable. At first the cup around the heels chafed under my ankles, but the boots have relaxed and adjusted to my feet and now are quite comfortable. Note that the finish is not like the picture - it is more of a dull chocolate than a warm brown.
