Leather around ankle was very stiff with no padding and it cuts into the skin at the top of the tongue. I have to leave shoelaces tied very loose.

When I wear them all day long (+9 hours) they rub a bit on the outside of my little toe, this is only really noticeable though if I am wearing thiner socks.
Also, if you step in water, the shoe manages well in the actual liquid, but once on dry land again, it slides very easily if you aren't expecting it. This is only a problem if the surface you are walking on is smooth.

Other than those two things, these shoes are GREAT and I would definitely buy another pair after these wear out.

Overall I'm happy with these shoes. In fact, I just bought another pair in black. They look good and are a great buy for the money. I mainly wear them for work. They have good padding and good support. One warning - out of the box they are quite stiff. It takes a couple of weeks before they get broken in, and may cause some rubbing/blisters at first.
