In size 14, they are true to length, and true to width. Playing in them I get no blisters or foot pain, and heel blisters are very common for me.
Overall these are a solid A. I have had knee surgery and hip bursitis, and the 10mm gel heels really work, they get an A+ in the knee and hip department. I am prone to ankle twists, they get a B+ in the ankle department.
If I could redesign these slightly, I would do a real external heel counter that's soft on the heel blister spot, widen the back studs for stability, and have no seams on the tuberosity bump on the outside of the foot. But overall they are awesome, they are available in size 14 and 15, and it's very hard to get near this quality level for the price.
First trying them on they pushed in from the sides a bit on my pinky toe, big toe, and tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal bump on the outside of the foot. So I don't think they would do well for wide feet. The seam on the tongue and the stiff logo line up right on the tuberosity, which is not ideal for a sensitive foot pain area. The tongue is stretchy and breathable. The insole is super comfy. The laces are stretchy, which helps form fit, and they skip a hole on the outside to reduce wide foot pain. The leather upper is breathable and good touch kicking. The heel has a little bit of external heel counter, so you are locked in and stable, but I prefer a full external heel counter like the X Fly 2 or Testimonials. The stud pattern is a good all-around conditions pattern for hard ground or a little damp. The studs in the back are not quite as wide and stable as the Gel Lethals.
