stiff, but its awesome

i use it for hurdles, long jump, 100, 200, and 400, it is a versatile shoe. its a little pricey but i can see why, your getting an awesome quality shoe, i would recommend it to middle school track runners all the up to college and pro. its an awesome shoe!!!!

Bottom line:: YES, I would recommend this to a friend
