I use this shoe to train for and run marathons. Though it's advertised as an entry-level shoe for the low-mileage runner, I have trained for and run two marathons (so far) using this brand. It seems to give me everything that I need ...for almost half the price of the "upper end" running shoes!

I wear these shoes all the time. They do tend to run smaller than other athletic shoes, but the comfort and fit is tops. They feel like you are wearing gloves on your feet.

Not a huge runner but I will do 10 miles on a regular basis. At 6'3", my knees and feet take a good pounding. The Kanbarras seem to take it pretty well and outlast others. I've owned several pairs of Kanbarras 2, 3 & 4s over the years. Another plus is that the fit doesn't change from one year to the next.

I run about 7 miles a day x 3 days/wk and I love this shoe. It takes a little while to break in, but well worth the wait. No chance for shin splints or rolled ankles.
