This is a running shirt, and I'm not a runner. I play tennis and golf, and workout in a gym. I have three of these - one navy and two white - and wear them in any sporting venue.

I'm in the automobile business, our attire is sporty and casual. The temperature in cars during Texas summers is about 153 degrees. When working with clients, locating cars, and then test driving, perspiring is just part of the job. It's HOT!!! This shirt slips through the dress code because it looks polished and professional, even though it's essentially a T-shirt! The fabric is superb -- durable, breathable, VERY comfortable, AND...it dries quickly! This is a "must have" shirt for anyone who spends time outdoors in the heat, whether for fun or for work! = :-D

These are great for running or working out. I used to wear New Balance dri-fit and Reebok (both of which were far better than the Nike), but I've switched to these Asics shirts. I've now bought six of them and may buy even more for the future. They wear better and "flow" with the body better than others; when subjected to lots of moisture or rain, they'll still feel heavy (as other dri-fits would), though they dry equally quickly.

These shirts are GREAT!! I love how they fir and they breathe really well, that is a good thing for running in the Florida summer, when a 6AM go out can be at 80 degrees. I will be buying more!!

Finally, a shirt that is truly "true to size". I find shirts to be far too billowy a lot of the time, or far too small. This is like the good old days of the mid-80's when you could go to the store and buy off the rack in your size, and it would fit. I'm tempted to buy 100 of these.
