Comments about Adidas Gazelle:

The Gazelle runs a bit on the narrow side. I don't consider myself to have a wide foot necessarily, but found these to be a little narrow. Not too too narrow, but I noticed it right away, perhaps a better word would be 'a little snug on-width' (regular width size). These shoes are still new, so perhaps with a little break-in time, the very minor width issue will not be noticeable. Still, they are comfortable for casual wear, but for running I suspect they might not be very good and could use a little room. As far the length, they absolutely run 1/2-5/8" smaller than normal. Adidas in my experience from recent buys need to be purchased at least a half-size bigger than the standard, as converse all-stars -chuck taylors, for a comparison example, need to be selected 1 whole size down from the standard. Another reviewer on the classic model/issue of this shoe also pointed out the tongue, that it 'rubbed against her leg.' From comparing the pictures, this model seems to have reduced the tongue length significantly from the base, classic model of this shoe. The tongue may stick out a little more than average but was not an issue for me. I should also note that the tongue is slightly stiffer (moderatlely stiff foam material) than usual. I'm guessing the Gazelle is an old-school soccer shoe, with this particular model being an upgrade/modification for more flexible wear. Ultimately, these are a nice, light-weight comfortable casual shoe, which may benefit from a few weeks of break-in that will dissolve any minor stiffness or room issues.

Really cool looking shoe. Not real flashy like the shoes of today. Not to good for sports and smell like bag of tires and burnt hair initially. But I never take them off.

Nice styling, decent shoe....not as comfortable as a Stan Smith and certainly sized too small. Overall a decent shoe for the price.
