Online Entries. ONLINE ENTRY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES IS LIMITED TO ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. ONLINE ENTRY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES IS LIMITED TO ONE (1) EMAIL ADDRESS PER PERSON. One winner will be selected at random to win the prize. To be eligible for the prize drawing, your entry must be received between 2/6/2006 Monday 12:01 AM (PST) and 2/13/2006 Monday 11:59 PM (PST). No cash redemption. Prizes are non-transferable.

One prizewinner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Onlineshoes.com within 14 days of the week's end date (Dec. 31). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules that are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be notified by email. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release within 5 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Onlineshoes.com may use the winner's name, address, likeness, voice and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
