I originally bought a pair of Chili's for my mother. We all tried them on when they arrived (including the kids). The first comment out of everyone was "I never want to take these off." Then it was "Can I get a pair?"

Service & Delivery comments:

Prompt delivery with everything arriving in great condition. We did need to send my daughter's first pair back due to sizing (they grow so fast) but the exchange was quick and easy.

Tried to get away with kids size

I'm 61 and usually wear an adult 6.5. Tried to get away with a kids 5.5 for a lower price! The kid version fit fine but the quality is not quite that of the adult shoe which I got in an exchange, at no cost! The heel is lower than the adult and the shoe did not feel as substantial. I love the adult version though.
