I bought these for my daughter, and out of all the keens I've purchased for her in the past, these are probably my favorite!! She can wear them to play in, or we can dress them up.

The only thing that my be a problem in the future is the width. She has a skinny foot and the width is a little too wide. Luckily, there is a velcro strap that can be made bigger or smaller.

We were looking for a good school shoe to go with a uniform, needed all-black, non-marking sole, velcro closure - this met all our needs. They work best in smaller sizes like 10 and 11, start getting too wide in toe box at sizes 1 and 2. The strap to tighten is too long for my oldest girl possibly based on it being wide for her foot.

Children just can't wear these shoes out. Some our our Keens have been through three energetic tree-climbing girls and look almost like new. Models like the Calistogas fit a bit wide but look good for dressier occasions like church, etc... Got children? Get Keens.

I have wide feet and these shoes are nice and roomy. I have to walk through wet grass in the mornings to get to my bus stop and these shoes are completely unaffected by moisture.

My daughter loves them. The velcro strap make them fast and easy to put on. They look cute with jeans and with her skirts/dresses! I love Keen shoes and now so does my daughter! They fit great. Even though they seem a little wide at the toe she says they are still comfortable.

My 4 year old daughter loves these. We have a problem with her having wide feet like her mommy and all those cutsie cheaper shoes just aren't comfortable for her. These are cute AND comfortable for her to run and play in. I love how the black leather comes up over the toes, you know how kids scuff up there shoes...that totally helps prevent scuffing. LOVE THEM!!!! Well worth the money!

I bought these Calistoga mary janes from KEEN a few weeks ago for my daughter. She likes to wear dresses to school and these shoes work great. They look nice but are comfortable and durable. I really like that they have the rubber toe protection. My daughter has had many black mary janes in the past that she scuffed the toe the first time she wore them to school.

Got these for my daughter, and absolutely love them! In true Keen style, they're both adorable and sturdy. They've gotten wet and been abused on the playground and still look great. I love the covered toe box..that's always where kids scuff up their shoes, especially suede or nubuck ones. Even though we got pink I've yet to see discoloration or scuffing. yeah!!!
Great style..can be worn just as well with jeans or a dress. Very comfy, too. Seem to run slightly on the wide side but with a thicker pair of socks my daughter seems to have a perfect fit. I'll be waiting for the "winter" version of these in her size to become available.

My 1st Grader is rough on shoes as she goes to after school care so it doubles up as school and play shoes. I purposely picked Keen because of the rubber toe protector. With other leather shoes, toe area gets scuff up easily.
