Using your Gift Certificate takes just four easy steps:

1. Add the items you want to your cart and click "Start Secure Checkout." Enter your email address or log in to your Onlineshoes.com account, then click "Continue Checkout."
2. At step 2/3 of checkout, click the "Click here to redeem a gift certificate" link and proceed to #3 below. If you have an Onlineshoes.com account, you may be taken directly to step 3/3 of checkout. If so, click "Edit your Payment and Shipping Info" (located in the right side of the "Confirm Your Personal Information" header). Then click the "Click here to redeem a gift certificate" link.
3. Enter the Gift Certificate Number and the Gift Issue Order Number in the boxes provided, then click "Continue Checkout." (You can find the numbers on your paper gift certificate. If you received your gift certificate via email, the numbers are in the email you received from giftcert@onlineshoes.com with the subject line "Onlineshoes.com Gift Certificate.")
4. You will also be required to enter your credit card number or other payment method to validate your identity during step 2/3 of checkout. You will not be charged unless the order total is greater than the amount available on your gift certificate. Click "Continue Checkout" again, and complete your order on the next screen.

If your total purchase is greater than the amount of your Gift Certificate, you'll be asked to enter a second payment type during check out. You may pay the balance with a credit card, PayPal, or Bill Me Later.

If your total purchase is less than the amount of your Gift Certificate, any unused portion will remain available for future purchases. Within 24 hours of usage, we'll send you an email with a new Gift Certificate in the amount of the unused portion of the original certificate.

If you have lost your gift certificate, please call Onlineshoes.com Customer Service at 1-800-786-3141 or email us at customerservice@onlineshoes.com. Upon validation of your personal information, we will cancel your original certificate and issue a new one.

• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for other Gift Certificates, and are not transferable, except as permitted by law.
