Champ Zarma Tour® ONE-Lok® Cleat System
Designed to improve on the concept of the low-profile spike, this is one of the thinnest, lightest, easiest-to-use locking cleat systems available in the footwear industry. The first non-threaded, snap-in directional fastening system that works like no other system on the market, ONE-Lok® uses a directional locator which allows the spike to be inserted in a specified direction. With this system, a spike can be snapped in the shoe and removed from the shoe with a standard golf wrench.

Cocona™
Cocona™ is a natural technology that utilizes charcoal (or activated carbon) derived from coconut shells. This charcoal is then combined with polyester fibers to create a garment with enhanced performance properties, including evaporative cooling, odor resistance, and added UV protection to keep you comfortable in any environment. Cocona™ fabrics are lightweight, comfortable, and retain all of the conventional product features, such as stretch and washability. ComFit™ cushioned midsole

Getting to Know REVITALIGN RX™ Footwear
Built on the New Balance heritage of innovative footwear, the REVITALIGN RX footbed technology incorporates flexibility, superior arch support systems, and heel cushioning and stability, and is intended to promote good foot health and improved body alignment. Engineered and designed with gender-specific contours by orthopedic and biomechanics expert Dr. Geoffrey Grey, New Balance REVITALIGN RX™ footwear works like a custom orthotic: As such, the footwear requires an initial break-in period while feet adjust to the technology. Medial Post
The medial post is a firm block of polyurethane or high-density compression-molded EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate; a soft, flexible, and lightweight cushioning compound) on the arch side of the midsole, which prevents the collapse of the arch and the inward rotation of the heel, which can frequently generate the lateral knee movement more commonly known as pronation.

Medicare Code A5500
The Medicare/HCPCS billing code A5500 applies to quality, therapeutic depth shoes for diabetics. To qualify, shoes must be made from leather or other suitable material of equal quality, and have some form of closure and full-length, heel-to-toe fillers or insoles that, when removed, provide a minimum of 3/16'' of additional depth used to accommodate custom-molded or customized inserts. The style must also be available in full and half sizes in a minimum of three widths so that the sole is graded to the size and width of the upper portions of the shoe according to the American standard last sizing or its equivalent.
