Ariat's Four Layer Rebound (4LR™) Technology is a stability and cushioning system designed to provide all-day comfort and support, with an EVA-cushioned, moisture-wicking footbed.

Ariat® Booster Bed™
The exclusive Ariat® Booster Bed™ is a removable insole featured beneath the footbed in kids' boots which allows children to wear their favorite footwear longer, thereby increasing its usefulness. As their feet grow, remove the Ariat® Booster Bed™ to provide extra wiggle room.

ATS® MAX Technology
Ariat’s exclusive, shock-absorbing Advanced Torque Stability (ATS®) MAX Technology supports and cushions the foot as you move, promoting good posture and reducing fatigue. It includes: a stability system to promote a proper gait cycle, limit foot fatigue and enhance energy return; an extra-wide composite fiber forked shank for stability; a moisture-wicking sockliner; and a gel-cushioned footbed with an EVA midsole, a molded orthotic to support the arch and heel, plus an oil- and slip-resisting Duratread™ outsole for maximum wear resistance with flexibility.

ATS® Technology
Ariat’s exclusive, shock-absorbing Advanced Torque Stability (ATS®) Technology supports and cushions the foot as you move, promoting good posture and reducing fatigue. It includes a composite fiber forked shank, with three times the stability of a steel shank; moisture-wicking, antibacterial sockliner; and a footbed with gel-cushioning, an EVA base, a molded orthotic to support the arch and heel, and an ergonomic pyramid grid for air circulation.

Cobalt™ Quantum Technology
Cobalt™ Quantum Technology reduces fatigue for all-day comfort and performance. It cushions, disperses shock and reduces impact, minimizing the effort the body must exert to maintain balance. The moisture-wicking, open-cell polyurethane footbed provides rebound and energy return. Enhancing momentum and balance, Core Stability Technology features a full-length, closed-cell polyurethane layer and heel pad for superior shock absorption. The flexible, anatomical Ariat outsole varies by style.

Cobalt™ VX
This premium technology delivers temperature management, advanced support and enhanced flexibility, with a fit engineered for optimal performance. Its multi-layered construction includes a temperature- and odor-managing X-Static® layer atop the footbed, a cushioned forefoot pad to protect small bones and nerves, a cradle that supports the arch and heel for greater stability, an anatomically designed, full-length cushioned midsole to absorb shock, a honeycomb shank for additional stability and balance, and a long-lasting, non-marking Duratread™ outsole with a tread pattern for grip in the stirrup and on the ground.

Cobalt™ XR Technology
Cobalt™ XR technology features a unique, cushioning, composite insert that extends stability through the midrange and forefoot, dispersing shock and reducing impact. This minimizes the effort the body must exert to maintain balance, reducing fatigue for all-day comfort and performance.

Composite Toe
This toe is lighter weight than the traditional steel toe, with less temperature conductivity so the foot stays warmer in cold weather. It is non-metallic for electronic security working conditions, and ASTM F2413-05 M/I/75 C/75 EH rated for safety.

Cordura®
Available in a wide range of weights and textures, Cordura® brand nylon or polyester fabrics are constructed using high-tenacity fiber technologies. Used in products including outdoor gear, work wear and luggage, these fabrics are characterized by durability and versatility.

Dri-Lex®
Offering excellent abrasion resistance, Dri-Lex® is a woven nylon that pulls moisture away from the foot, with anti-bacterial qualities to help maintain a dry, healthy environment.

DualPro Outsole
Ariat's DualPro combines leather and TPU (thermoplastic urethane) for a wear-resistant outsole with traditional appeal. 11-iron vegetable-tanned leather features direct-injected TPU forefoot pods in key wear zones for durability, while a hard-wearing, slip-resistant Duratread™ heel tap enhances protection with every step.

Duracrepe™ Outsole
The Duracrepe™ outsole provides the cushioning of Ariat's traditional crepe sole but is 30% thinner, making it lighter weight and more flexible. Extra durability and slip-resistance have been added through the Duratread™ heel and forefoot anti-wear zones.

Duratread™ Forefoot
Duratread™ is a carbon rubber outsole compound that is formulated for superior durability and performance. It is built to withstand the harsh acids of the barnyard as well as an extreme range of conditions and temperatures.

Duratread™ Heel
A carbon rubber heel compound that’s formulated for superior durability and performance. It’s built to withstand the harsh acids of the barnyard as well as an extreme range of conditions and temperatures.

Duratread™ Outsole
Duratread™ is a carbon rubber outsole compound that is formulated for superior durability and performance. Highly resistant to barnyard acids, oils, and slips, it is built to withstand an extreme range of conditions and temperatures.

Duratread™/EVA Outsole
Duratread™ is a carbon rubber outsole compound that is formulated for superior durability and performance. Highly resistant to barnyard acids, oils, and slips, it is built to withstand an extreme range of conditions and temperatures. An EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) core provides added shock absorption and energy return for extended hours of comfort.

Electrical Hazard Protection
Meeting current ASTM standards, outsole construction is designed to reduce the hazards of contact with electrically energized components. These styles help protect the wearer from accidental contact with electrical charge by offering additional insulation from the ground.

Everlon™ Outsole
A combination EVA and rubber outsole delivers lightweight durability and cushioning for long-lasting comfort, with compression and abrasion resistance, maximum energy absorption and rebound.

Evolution Outsole

FlexPro™ Collection
Lightweight and flexible, FlexPro™ is designed for jobs with a lot of up-and-down movement. FlexPro™ pairs the cushioning of a triple-density polyurethane outsole with Ariat's signature ATS® stability system for enhanced comfort.

Goodyear® Welt Construction
A strip of PVC is stitched to the edge of the upper and the sole is then attached to the welt by a welding process, creating a highly durable design in shoes and boots.

Macey Tread Design
The unique, multi-directional Macey tread is designed to provide secure footing on a range of surfaces and in a range of conditions: A "Grip Strip" at the forefoot offers slip resistance in indoor environments, such as tile flooring; self-cleaning, non-tracking lugs offer dependable wear in dirt and mud. The multi-directional traction system features a forefoot design that grabs and propels the foot forward, while the heel design acts as a brake.

Metal Mounts™ (patent pending)
Peg rests are built into the sole just above the instep, allowing boots to hang comfortably on highway pegs.

Opanka Construction
A method of lasting that attaches the upper, leather sock lining, and sole together to create a flexible, cushioned, comfortable underfoot that conforms to the foot and rebounds with movement.

OverDrive™ Heavy Duty
Shoes and boots built on the OverDrive™ Heavy Duty Goodyear® welt platform include an ATS® MAX EVA midsole and gel-cushioned footbed for enhanced shock absorption, an extra-wide shank for maximum lateral stability, reinforcing TPU ExGuards™ inserted at the toe, heel and side areas for longer wear, and a high-abrasion, slip- and oil-resistant Duratread™ rubber outsole.

Primaloft® Insulation
Ultra-fine, lightweight, compressible and water-resistant, PrimaLoft® insulation fibers form a tight collection of air pockets that provide an excellent warmth to weight ratio.

Pro Crepe® Light Outsole
The Pro Crepe® Light Outsole is engineered with a unique blend of EVA and rubber for a comfortable and durable outsole that is lightweight, resilient, and flexible. Static Dissipative
Engineered to protect against the hazards of static build-up in the workplace, static dissipating shoes reduce excess static electricity by conducting the charge from the body to the ground, while also providing a level of protection against electrical shock. Static dissipative shoes are commonly used in the manufacturing of computer components and electronics, solvent-based paints, explosives and plastic.

This traditional steel toe offers reliable protection in the workplace and is ASTM F2413-05 M/I/75 C/75 EH rated for safety.

SympaTex®
SympaTex® is a waterproof, windproof breathable fabric membrane. No water can get in from the outside, but water vapour molecules are transported through the membrane from the inside to the outside by way of an absorption and evaporation process.

TecTuff®
TecTuff® is leather that has been specially treated, using a patented process, to render it stronger and more resistant to scuffs and scrapes.

Thinsulate™ 200-gram Insulation
A thin and highly efficient performance insulation of polyester and olefin. It dries quickly, breathes efficiently and maintains warmth during high-energy activities.

A highly efficient performance insulation of polyester and olefin for cold conditions. It dries quickly, breathes efficiently and maintains warmth during high-energy activities.

Toughstock™ Leather Sole
Ariat's performance leather sole offers increased durability and flexibility. Although it has the traditional appearance of a conventional leather sole, it has enhanced water resistance and wears longer between resoling.

U-Turn Entry System™
Ideal for accommodating wide feet or high arches, a hidden flexible gore panel in the back of a pull-on boot's shaft provides just enough "give" to get feet past the turn with ease.

Waterproof Pro™
Performance footwear designed with top-of-the-line Ariat waterproof construction. These styles utilize waterproof premium full grain leathers or rubber and an impermeable barrier, delivering durable, long-lasting protection.

WorkHog™ Stability Platform
The WorkHog™ Stability Platform features an extra-wide stability shank system paired with a lightweight, cushioning EVA midsole to provide all-around comfort and reduce foot fatigue. The Duratread™ outsole is oil-, abrasion- and slip-resistant. The WorkHog™ Stability Platform is recommended for climbing and ladder work.

X-Static®
X-Static® is a fiber made with a permanently bonded layer of 99.9% pure silver, offering safe, natural and effective temperature regulation, and antimicrobial and antistatic properties.

X-Static® Footbed Lining
X-Static® is a pure silver, anti-static fiber woven directly into the footbed or insole. It helps maintain a healthy foot environment by regulating moisture and temperature, offering both antimicrobial and anti-odor properties. It is non-toxic, and its performance will not diminish over time.
