Aravon Technology
360° Fit
Aravon lasts are precisely sculpted from all angles to optimize fit and performance. Fit is addressed from every angle, literally, with a slightly roomier toe-box and a narrower heel that doesn't slip. Aravon cushioning and support technologies follow the natural contours of the foot to be better positioned to deliver benefits optimally, enhancing alignment and overall performance. The result is less fatigue and greater comfort.

Abzorb® Cushioning
Abzorb works within a finely tuned system of support and motion control to disperse shock and ease stress on heel, ankles, and the forefoot. Its shock-absorbing qualities also benefit the legs, knees, and hips to relieve pressure.

Casual Rocker Sole
This semi-rigid rocker sole has an integrated, anatomically contoured footbed with a deep heel cup, arch support, and metatarsal bump.

Comfort Performance System
Aravon shoes are engineered with sculpted fit, subtle support, and advanced cushioning technologies to work with the feet through the entire gait cycle. These elements keep you and your feet, ankles, knees, and legs feeling strong, energized and comfortable all day.

Comfort Wedge Sole
This popular, molded polyurethane wedge sole features full ground contact, a removable Velocor™ footbed, a stability cradle, and toe bar. These technologies combine with flex grooves to provide lateral support, stability, and encourage proper foot flex.

Ionact® Antibacterial Protection
All interior surfaces of Aravon shoes are treated with Ionact antibacterial protection. The soft leather lining of the upper and topcover of the Velocor™ footbed deter bacteria, reduce foot odor, and help maintain a healthy environment for the feet. All you feel within Aravon shoes is a single, silky lining.

Primalux Comfort™ Cushion
Primalux is a high-density, viscoelastic foam similar to that used in ultra-comfortable foam mattresses. Aravon's soft and durable Primalux comfort™ cushion gently but firmly conforms to the foot, dispersing pressure and giving you a luxurious custom-fit feel.

Removable Velocor™ Footbed
This footbed utilizes molded EVA for soft, resilient cushioning and an integrated stability cradle to help control motion. Exceptional anatomical comfort is provided by the deep heel cup, metatarsal bump, and arch support. Can be replaced with custom orthotics or other after-market insoles.

Soft-seam lining
Coarse, rough-edged, or misplaced seams can cause blisters and calluses or aggravate corns and bunions, especially with hosiery. The seams in Aravon shoes have been kept to a minimum to ensure a soft, supple lining and prevent irritation to the foot.

Stridarc™ Heeled Rocker Sole
Embedded with a rigid bi-fit board, this polyurethane sole gently propels you through the gait cycle so your feet work less. Designed with a slight curve, the sole "rocks" the foot from heel strike through toe-off, barely bending the shoe. This reduces pressure on the foot, ankle, toes, and metatarsals and saves energy.

Stridarc™ Rocker Sole
Stirdarc™ is a highly engineered sole that uses a rigid bi-fit board to create a rocking motion. The foot is gently but firmly cradled as it moves through every step to eliminate fatigue. Each shoe in the Stridarc™ collection has a removable Velocor™ footbed for additional comfort.

T-Frame® Stabilizer
This strong, lightweight component combines a midfoot shank with a heel extension to help control rearfoot motion. It helps steady the foot through each step to enhance alignment and ease stress.

Traversa Collection
Shoes in the Traversa collection are sculpted to a narrow heel width, moderate toe-box height, and standard instep height. Each style includes a Primalux™ comfort cushion atop a removable Velocor™ insole. The shoes in this collection are made to function on urban, athletic, and rural surfaces.

Vibram® NEWFLEX Outsole
This lightweight, rubberized EVA sole has cushioning properties that are well-suited to a variety of walking surfaces.
