My little boy absolutely loves this shoe! I bought them as his primary school shoes and they have held up very well for all the rugged play that he does outdoors. The only complaint is that the mechanism which keeps the laces drawn up tight has worn out on one shoe...not a big deal, just have to go with regular laces then. Overall a great stylish shoe that wears well, STILL looks great and keeps his feet happy! Plus, his friends all think his shoes are COOL!!

Not my favorite of the Merrell shoes. Harder to get on and off than my sons other Merrells. Not likely to get others as his foot grows. Merrell shoes are great but this is one that might be best to try on in the store before purchasing. Not a good fit if your boys foot is on the wide side.
