I bought this for my Grandson, wrong size initially, but exchanged with no problem. The boot is so nice because he can pull it on and off without problems and there are not buckles to worry about or laces to tie. And it goes easily under his snowsuit nice and high so he stays dry. Love this boot.

Classic High Spiders II Review:

My son has wide feet, so it is hard to find shoes to fit him. This is our second pair of Bogs boots (he outgrew the first), and they fit great. My son is also very sensitive to "bumps" and "pokey spots" in shoes, and we have never had ANY complaints about either of his pairs of Bogs. Another big factor for us is durability. He goes through shoes very quickly because he wears down the toes while swinging. On cheaper boots, we have seen the soles separate from the top part, resulting in leaky boots. These are well worth the investment since one pair of Bogs has lasted as long as all of our cheap boots put together. I have actually saved money by investing in Bogs!

Bogs are expensive but I've found them worth it for New England weather. They are durable, comfortable, and come in cute styles kids adore. They don't crack like some rain boots do. They are waterproof, but not great in deep snow, because there is no drawstring at the top to prevent snow from going into the boot. If your child walks in deep snow, a snow boot with the drawstring at the top are better for keeping feet dry. These are good for other conditions: rain, mud, slush, some snow. . . They are extremely warm, so they aren't great in warm weather, or for wearing inside school all day. You may need to go up a size if your child wears heavy wool socks.

All my children wear these Bogs. They last forever, unlike other rain boots which fall apart after just a couple months wear. We have a big yard and woods the kids love to play in and these boots just rinse clean. They also carry into a winter boot which is great! I would absolutely recommend these!!!!

My son loves these boots! He also had a pair last year, and we were able to pass them on because they are still in great shape. This is after wearing them every day for over 5 months - we live in Michigan! On the contrary, my daughter's boots from Land's end fell apart before the end of the season. I bought both kids Bogs this year - they are much better!
