Hop on board! The Cavalcade of Curiosities from Brooks is pulling into a town near you…and it’s bringing fun along for the ride.
As seen recently in the New York Times, and here at the Seattle Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, the Cavalcade of Curiosities is a running-inspired, mobile carnival experience designed with one thing in mind: To celebrate running.
Runners of all ages and skill levels will be entertained, educated and awed by the Cavalcade—a converted double-decker bus featuring running-themed carnival games, an arcade of oddities including the world’s biggest shoe, and a free running gait analysis.
Among the more than 100 stops, the bus will visit seven Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon races where participants and visitors will also enjoy prizes, fortune telling machines and even a water-walking, human Jesus Lizard you simply have to see to believe.
It’s just one more way Brooks is focusing runners on more than just the finish line, to get them to “Run Happy” in the elite performance technology found throughout all Brooks running shoes.
And you just might need those fast shoes to beat a path to the next town the Cavalcade is pulling into, cause you don’t want fun to leave you in the dust. Join the Brooks tour.

That “ooze” is very much like Corn Starch! I’ll see if I can visit the tour some time!
