I don’t have much natural insulation and get cold easily. You’d think I would just stay indoors, but the dog insists I take her out several times a day, plus I run. In the rainy Pacific Northwest, a good, technical jacket is a must.

I was thinking of this as a gift for my grandson, since his old jacket is a disgrace. He works in a very hot factory, so it is important that he have a winter jacket that will prevent him becoming too chilled when he leaves work.

I work as a merchandiser so I am in and out of stores on a daily basis. It gets cold when your job has you outside so much so this jacket would be perfect!

I live in Michigan where our winters can be long, cold and brutal. The better the winter jacket – the warmer you stay! There are mornings you walk outside and your breath is taken away because it’s so cold!

I live in NC, where it doesn’t get that cold most of the time, but when the temps do drop most of us are unprepared. And I don’t own a nice coat like this.

I live in the Cental Valley of California with Sequoia and Kings Canyon as my back yard. I’m a novice day hiker with plans on doing Half Dome in Yosemite and a few other hikes in the Sequoias that will take me over 11000 feet next year. If things go right we will do Mt. I would love to have a Denali jacket. You see, I have two Jack Russells who are hard to keep confined. In Alaska the temp gets to -50F or colder, when I am out playing hockey with my friends or boarding in the backcountry it is essential to have the proper gear. Northface has always been the best brand for that. This would be a great replacement for my old fleece.

I’ve been living in the wettest region of Alaska all my life. I never say no to getting outside working and playing just because of the weather! I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure. Nothing like running down the dock with the wind, sleet, snow, and sting in your cheek. And what if I am a crazy woman just because I insist on hiking that mountain in the blizz, it doesn’t matter that I can’t even see the view in the whiteout.
The North Face gets why we do what we do, and gives us the best, for the job!
Since 1968 tested, proven!

I live in the Poconos which is the coldest spot in Pennsylvania in winter am 74 and was born with the perpetual chilly gene and the freezing feet gene so if I win this my body warmming problems would be over and I could concentrate on my tootsies.

I need protection from the elements because we are a family of five subsisting on one salary, which means that Dad (because he has to work), and our three kids (because it would seem un-motherlike if I let them freeze) all have winter coats, but I only have a grey zip-up sweatshirt that I wore through all of my pregnancies. I am a teacher’s aid. I live in Philadelphia, PA and I take 2 buses to get to work. I stand and wait patiently at the bus stops and freeze. I do this twice a day, 5 days a week. I do not drive so all of my weekend errands are also spent on the bus. I could really use a warm coat to wear.

My son plays hockey, and I am always cold at the rinks, and sometimes he plays at outside rinks and it is really cold, so this would be a great jacket to have.

I work on a Cutting Horse Ranch, I work 6 days a week, from 7 am to 7pm , I clean 16 stalls, rain or shine, and have to feed 40 horses and 30 cows twice a day, out on a tractor in the rain, I am also 48 years old and fit thanks to this job…but need a warm waterproof coat badly….

Different climates for different areas of the US. I have had to wear a jacket for sometime and I was used to wearing shorts/t-shirt. I could use this jacket because it does get cold in Virginia, especially when making trips to Virginia Beach. The wind, rain, possible snow, and ocean waters combine to make freezing temperatures…well….freezing. I am going to Virginia Beach in February to dunk myself into the Atlantic Ocean for the Special Olympics Polar Plunge. I will need a jacket like this for afterwards when I am freezing my tail off and possibly have a numb body (it happended last year…I couldn’t quite get warm for hours afterwards)!!!!!!!! as a cyclist living in atlanta, i ride through every season. the winters here are always rainy. the fall is brisk. the spring is back and forth between frosty mornings, afternoons in the 80s and back to almost freezing at night. the north face denali jacket offers a perfect solution as a warm, light weight jack that can be worn alone or layered and also stored in a bag and carried when the day gets too hot.

I am famous in my family for being the relative that never takes off her coat and can never get warm. My son has a North Face and he says it is the greatest purchase he has ever made in buying a coat because of the warmth. I would love to test that but of course it is unappealing to let your mother wear your coat! I really need one of my own.

I need a Denali because I live in Chicago and winters can be unbearable!! Taking public trans usually means always waiting for something and in the winter it’s freezing! I would probably give this jacket to my mom since she needs it more than I do but it would make a fabulous surprise! Thanks!

I need this jacket because I HATE wearing heavy winter coats and more often than not I go out without a coat at all. This jacket would be perfect because it is warm but lightweight. Not to mention very stylish!!

My hubby and I hike every day up and down the mountain and we are up to 50 minutes at a time. He is always hot and I am always freezing. He will wear short sleeves and I will put on my winter coat! It is breezy and that gives me headaches,earaches or a stiff neck so I really need to stay warm to prevent problems. This jacket would be perfect for that!

Please consider me for your North Face Jacket give away. I’m not especially skinny and, unless you happen to be wet, the environment around here isn’t especially cold. It’s been a while since I’ve climbed a mountain and camping in the snow seems totally insane. However, we spend a lot of time outside and need to stay warm, especially after a good bike ride or paddle in the bay. There’s also a fair bit of sailing and walking home from pubs that’s so much more pleasant with a toasty jacket and a laughing red head.

I would love to win this for my son. He loves to play outside even when it’s cold but hates thick jackets. He thinks that since all of his friends wear one, he needs one too. I like it because it is perfect for him-lightweight but warm and durable. The material will dry quickly after getting wet. Perfect for a real boy! I also like the fact that the jackets are made from 50% recycled material (earth-friendly-Thank you, The North Face)and we recycle as much as possible. I wish everyone loved the Earth enough to recycle. He would really love to own one of these jackets!

Moving to Massachusetts from Florida has meant a major change in my wardrobe. I hear North Face is the warmest without being the bulkiest. The transition is sweet when I’m warm without losing my style.

I lived in Alaska these jactets are all weather all purpose cold warm because they breath there is not better jacket made and is all around to the extream.
