Dansko has changed my life by providing me with practical footwear for work. My clogs cut down on time leaving the house (since they slip on)…and have given my feet great support!

Dansko has changed my life in that I can where Danskos all day and my feet do not hurt at night. I love the look of the shoes and the comfort. I especially love Dansko sandals!

I am a podiatrist and have been wearing Dansko shoes since the birth of my daughter 4 years ago. I had a hard time finding comfortable shoes after she was born and I was on my feet ALOT. I tried Dansko shoes and I haven’t worn another brand since. I bought a new pair recently and was excited to show my daughter. I said,”Look honey at my new shoes.” She said,’Mommy they look like all the rest of your shoes.” I tried to explain how different these were because I didn’t have a burgundy pair. Regardless, Dansko shoes a re a permanent addition to my feet. I recommend them to all of my patients. I love them and my feet feel great in them!

Dansko are the only shoes I have worn for the past ten years! I have had a lot of foot and back problems my entire life. Danskos were recommended to me by a doctor, and I have worn them religiously ever since. They have made a world of difference in the quality of life I can now lead without the daily pain I used to experience due to my feet, arches, and body not being properly aligned. I have purchased 18 pairs of Danskos over the years to wear for every occasion and love them! (they are all still in great condition!)

I have plantar fasciitis and high arches. Dansko shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own, and I have about 4 pairs and counting. I can wear them all day, and my feet feel great.

Dankso changed my life because I have osteo-arthritis in my knees and they actually make walking easier! I am the mother of twins and have actually found that walking in Dansko’s are more comfortable that sneakers. They have eased my pain in my knees so much that I have purchased multiple pairs to wear all over the playgrounds and anywhere! I am only 5′ 2″, so I really like the “heel” that Dansko makes too.

After 2 foot surgeries and increasingly painful metatarsalgia and arthritis, I could barely walk at the end of the business day. Then I tried Dansko clogs (and later sandals) and the effect was almost miraculous. How do they do that?
I only wish the clogs had the suede sock liner!

My Dansko clogs make shopping enjoyable. I wore my Dansko’s while out shopping all day and didn’t have to stop for my sore feet or back. My Dansko clogs add flare to any outfit and I recieve tons of compliments every time I wear them. Thank you Danskos!!!!!!

I love Danskos! My daughter loves Danskos! We love to go shopping and drool over the Dansko shoes in every shoe store we can find as well as online. We both have numerous pairs. They’re so comfortable. I broke my ankle last year and my Danksos were the only shoes I could wear after I got my cast off. They made going back to work not only possible but bearable. So, yes, they changed my life. Nothing beats Dansko for comfort and they’re so cute!

I run 35 miles per week. After my feet have been in running shoes for miles and miles before the sun even rises, I slip on a pair of Danskos and head to my job as a probation officer. I wear Danskos all four seasons a year. Dansko sandals for summer and closed-back clogs for our snowy New England winters. I get tons of compliments, from even convicted criminals, on my tooled brown leather and patent leopard print clogs.

Because I run so many miles for heath and in preparation for the Vermont City Marathon in May, my feet need a little pampering. I have “foot rot,” missing toenails, and blisters the size of Rhode Island, but when I wear my Danskos, my feet feel strong and healthy. I am sure I’ll never find an all-around better brand of footwear.

Now, could you please tell Dansko to start making running shoes?!

I just had had foot surgery. After being off my right foot for 6 weeks then in a boot for 4 I went into a Dansko shoe and I love the comfort and support. I will never go back to my other shoes because I stand at my job and I need something that is stylish and comfortable too.
I love you Dansko and thank you for some great styles to pick from.

Love my danskos because my back doesnt hurt. I have a teenager girl so needless to say I spend many hours in the mall and without my danskos on it would not be a pleasureable trip for anyone!!! So thank you Dansko for helping me spend more time with my daughter!!

I have been wearing Dansko for years for comfort and style. I am a runner and don’t like to wear sneakers with jeans,so I have many styles. The best part is I am a puupy raiser for Guiding eyes for the blind and I wear my Danskos for walks and training class. I always feel comfortable and steady and stylish.

I have been an RN for 5 years and I love my DANSKO’s! I tried different brands of shoes in nursing school and asked for my first pair of Dansko’s for graduation. What a difference! Wearing other shoes left me with an aching back and swollen legs and feet. Not a problem with Dansko! And they last forever! I polish them every now and then and they look brand new. My co-workers used to make fun of me because they thought I bought a new pair every couple of months because my shoes were in such good shape! I work in Pediatrics and am always in motion. I wouldn’t dream of working a shift in anything other than my Dansko’s!

I had injury to my (L) toe and has caused major pain in the ball of my foot. After seeing a specialist, wearing a shoe brace for 1 month. He then told me to start wearing Dansko shoes. It is the hardness of the sole and conformity which it keeps my foot stable or toes from not rising has helped ease the pain in the ball of my foot. Now all I wear is Dansko shoes. I work out at gym, and wish I could find some sort of athletic shoe to work out. Maybe you can design one for me? Thank you.

As a nurse for 25 years, and a nurse practitioner for last 12 years, I am on my feet anywear from 8-12+ hours a day seeing patients. In the beginning of my career I was a pure white nurse shoe kind of person, then moved to a plastic clog due to my work in a burn unit. I had alsways seen my colleages wearing dasko, but never bought a pair, that was until about 6 years ago I got plantar fasciitis in my left foot. The podiatrist put dansko on his list of shoes to wear for arch support….I bought my first pair and the rest as they say is history….I was a hooked dansko model for comfort. Currently I have 4 pairs that I rotate while working and also for pleasure. I know that I can sustaing a full day of work or pleasure in these shoes, maintaining full comfort….I love Dasko shoes…….NPcarol

I was working in a hospital, doing 12-hour shifts, with my feet killing me every night. A friend who used to be a waitress suggested I try out Dansko. It changed my life. All of a sudden I could be on my feet all day without pain. I love my Danskos, especially the Professionals. They’re all I’ll wear to work.

When I was in high school I worked at an old fashioned shoe store in Massachusetts. The kind of store where you first fit the person, then presented them with a variety of shoes. It was at this job that I learned a lot about the quality, fit and investment of a good pair of shoes.

Over time the store owner closed up shop but the experience left me with knowledge about what to look for in great footwear. I mean, shoes with quality materails, leather lining and impeccable comfort. At my job as a physical therapist, I noticed some of the nurses wearing these cute style clogs- Dansko clogs. I purchased a pair of Dansko shoes and those are now the only shoes I wear at work. The shoes are neat, comfortable, and look great with whatever I wear. My legs feel good at the end of the day and my favorite part of my Dansko’s is the leather lining. My feet stay happy and feel great inside these shoes! Thank you Dansko!

I stand on my feet 8 hrs a day at work. I have tried many different shoes and boots over the years. My massage theripst told me about dansko’s about a year ago and talked me into trying them after years of foot & leg problems.I have since talked 5 other people into trying them. We all LOVE them. I haven’t had any problems since.. What a GOD send..

I was first introduced to Dansko 2 years ago by my daughter. For a few years I had been dealing with arthritis in my feet and could hardly stand to wear shoes. My daughter recommended Dansko, I bought a pair ( the black patent leather clogs). Since then I have purchased 7 more pairs of clogs and sandals and recommend them to everyone. They have changed my life because I can go all day without foot pain in my Danskos. And what a relief it has been. thank you Dansko!

I’m a dental hygienist, I bought my first pair of Dansko about five years ago. After complaining about my feet and legs hurting.I wore them for eight hours.When I got home my feet nor my legs were hurting. I was in love with these shoes. I wear them with everything.I had to purchase two more pairs in different colors.They are the BEST!!!! I’m only 4’7 and they also make me feel tall. I would love to win a free pair.

Dankso shoes are my miracle! . . . . I was in horrible stabbing foot pain. I kept thinking it would eventually go away on it’s own. It did not. I finally went to the Dr assuming I had a broken bone. I was told it was mortons neuroma. A very painful condition. Too scared to do surgery, I was desperate to find an alternative, besides the drugs that made me loopy. I came accross Dansko shoes and the rest is history. . . .
I now have happy feet! Better than bare feet!

Three years ago after extensive knee surgery I found it very difficult to walk. I had a lot of pain in both my knees. After purchasing a pair of Dansko dress shoes, it was like a miracle, I instantly became almost pain free and was able to walk in comfort! I can wear the shoes either casually or to work due to their design! I have since boughten Dansko clogs and sandals, however that first pair is still my favorite! When I wear other shoes walking is difficult and painful. Thanks Dansko for allowing me to walk pain free!

I have A LOT of trouble with my back and my Dansko clogs have made a huge difference in how I feel. My back does not bother me like it did when I wore “ordinary” heeled shoes!!!! I have a brown pair and a black pair of clogs and I wear them all the time!!! I have two friends that I have had them try the Dansko clogs and they absolutely love them and wear them I think as much as I wear mine. Thank you for making such a wonderful clog. I would love to have more Dansko shoes!!!!

I work on my feet and running around all day. Before my Dansko’s, my feet were beat at the end of the day, and the next day was a challenge! Now, I have no problem starting and ending each day with happy feet! Who knew that a pair of great looking dress shoes could do that!!

Without going into major detail I have very, very bad feet. Was advised by a NYC doctor to wear MBT’S (which I do).. I needed a shoe I could wear for ‘dress’…found a Dansko!!!! WOW, I love them, and would love to have more!!! Would advise anyone with good or bad feet to try them!

I absolutely LOVE my Dansko clogs…especially my black patent leathers. For the last several years I have suffered with lower back pain, but when I wear my Dansko clogs, I can walk and stand pain free. I call them my MAGIC SHOES!!!!!!!!!!

Wearing Dansko shoes allows me to stand for hours at a time for my retail job. My feet do not hurt after being on them all day when wearing Dansko shoes. I can’t do this without them. Also if I need to walk fast I am able to do this with ease because of the rocker bottom. These are fantastic & so comfortable!

I had badly fallen arches and a displaced bone in one foot. Walking was painful. My podiatrist recommended surgery, with a recovery time of at least 6 months on crutches. I wasn’t too enthused about that, so he said I could try wearing Dansko shoes every day and see if that might help. I had never heard of Dansko’s, but I bought a few pair and began wearing them. Long story short: the pain went away and I did not need surgery! Thanks, Dansko! I’m a faithful wearer now.

I bought my first pair of Danskos during my student nursing years. At the time, i was wearing sneakers that i thought would help me out with support for my back… after 5-6 hours of running around, my legs would hurt as well as my back, and i know I needed a change so I purchased the black professional danskos. I’m 38 years old and just started wearing Dansko’s three years ago. I was one of those laddies who painfully wore high-heeled shoes in the name of fashion. Day after day I would go to work and then to dinner and then to the grocery store in my stylish heels and every night I would curse the shoes and me for wearing them. Some of my friends,co-workers and my hair stylist had worn Dansko’s for years and years and raved about how Dansko’s made their feet feel. I found a pair on sale and purchased them. Wow! is all I can say. I cannot believe how comfortable these shoes are on my feet. Three years later I am known for my stylish Dansko’s. I’m a runner. I run for exercise and I run as part of my job. Well, I run after people and stories as a journalist. You can’t chase the story in 4 inch heels. It’s not possible. You can chase the story in Dankso clogs and you can run after it looking good in them. Not only are these the best shoes I’ve ever worn, but they also make my feet feel good. Unlike other comfort shoes, Dankso has so many patterns, colors and styles I can find a clog to match any outfit. Right now it is the black tooled clog but of course, I will probably find another favorite real soon! Thanks Dansko for saving my feet and helping me catch the story!

I have purchased several pairs of Dansko shoes and turely love them. The dress heals are dressie enough for any occasion and are safe and comfortable to walk in. I work with my horses and truely enjoy the dansko shoe. I feel very sure footed plus my feet do not tire out. Personally I like the style of the shoe, not too flashy,but definately make a fashion statemeant.

It’s a height thing. Forever feeling like the shortie, Dansko has really give n me a lift. Not only in arch support, which I am ever so grateful for, but I feel like i see the world at eye level. Without wearing high heeled shoes, the additional height makes me feel a little taller and a little leaner. I tend to wear the more patterned Dansko shoes and always get the “Cool Shoes” compliments. I LOVE Danskos … they have saved my knees. About 7 years ago I started working at a company with a large building where I could end up walking a few miles a day. Sadly, my inexpensive shoes started to make my knees hurt. I did some googling and came across “Dansko” for comfortable shoes. I went straight to the mall and bought a pair of Mary Janes that afternoon, which I still have. My knee pain went away within days of buying the Mary Jane Danskos … now I have upwards of 20 pairs of Danskos. I recommened them to ALL my friends. I can’t stop talking about how great they are … I often feel like a sales rep and would jump at the chance to work at Dansko, if only I lived near their headquarters. I love seeing the new styles each season. It’s amazing how a pair of Danskos in red patent can makes me so happy.

Dansko shoes are the only shoes for me! How have they changed my life? Well, for one, the shoes are so comfortable, I can stand on my feet for much longer periods of time. They are also super comfortable to walk in, no matter how long of a walk you are going on. Dansko’s have relieved my lower back pain and since I primarily wear Dansko shoes, I don’t spend extra time and money on other brands!

As a teacher on my feet, trying to keep students engaged in learning, these shoes saved my knees and back. The support my Dansko clogs give me helps me to stay energized so I can be a dynamic teacher at 8 AM and at 2 PM, without the tired,ache I used to have at the end of a busy day of moving around the classroom. I’ve been wearing Dansko shoe’s for 13 years and their the best. You can put on a new pair of shoes and not know you’ve had them on all day long. Very relaxing and comfortable to wear. Can’t wait for the new spring shoes to come out. There the best.

I am a runner and have suffered recently with plantar fascitis to the point that every step felt like knife in my heel. My podiatrist suggested more support in my work shoes. My Dansko shoes have saved my feet and allowed me to keep running. They are the best!!!!

When I was 23 I had surgery to repair bunions on both of my feet. Afterwards my feet were very sensitive and I have to take particular care when selecting shoes. Dansko is the only brand that I slip on and feel like I have the feet I had when I was a child; that is, I don’t notice them at all. Every pair of Dansko that I have owned has been exceptionally comfortable, from sandals to loafers to clogs, and they’re cute! I love that I’m not strapped to orthapedic looking styles and my feet always feel perfect when wearing them! Thanks Dansko!

I absolutely LOVE Dansko shoes. I wear them every day. I had a terrible foot pain (plantar faciaitis/heel spur) a few years ago, Dansko shoes gave me the support and comfort that I needed. When I tried to wear other brands the soreness came back. I have been pain free continually wearing Dansko shoes. I get anxious waiting to see what cute styles will come out next. I have to say Dansko shoes are by far the most comfortable shoe a nurse can ever own! Being on my feet most of my day and with chronic low back pain, these shoes have helped me survive my shifts!

Not only are they stylish (which is a definate plus) but most importantly COMFORTABLE!!!

Dansko shoes have saved my feet! Before I discovered them, I suffered from awful pain of Morton’s Neuroma, a pinched nerve between the toes from having flat feet and insufficient support from other shoes. Now since keeping my feet well supported in my Danskos, I am pain free and walking as much as I want. Thank you Dansko!

Dansko has made ALL my foot pain go away!They support my flat feet, so cute, and comfortable ( which is key). I currently have 7 pair in my closet!Truly enjoy walking, shopping in them.A few years ago I was on my feet most of the day working with preschoolers & my feet were killing me, someone suggested getting some Birkenstocks, which I did,but saw Danskos in the shop & fell in love with them,so a couple of weeks later I ditched the Birkis & bought my first pair of Dansko’s and never looked back!

I love my Dansko’s! I had my left foot surgically repaired (6-month recovery to just walk again) and a co-worker suggested that I try Dansko shoes as most of my others left my foot hurting. So I did!! Now, I have a Black pair, 2-brown pairs, a brown crushed velvet pair,and this winter I added the new boots to my wardrobe. My feet, knees, and hips love Dansko’s! Also, I need to add that now that my foot is ‘fixed’ – I am now back to running as well.

Hi, I recently developed Plantar Faciitis and discovered that my Dansko Clogs have made a difference in helping me stay on my feet longer than I usually could. My podiatrist has recommended your shoes and I am now shopping for dress shoes for work. I am fitted for orthotics but have found that Dansko can help me get through my work day without having to buy larger size dress shoes to accomodate the orthotics. Thank goodness for your shoes. I was going to India on a medical mission and needed shoes that would be sturdy and easy to remove. With all the traveling that it took to just get to India and all the airport security checks, I thought the Dansko clogs would be perfect. I was right. They were very comfortable and functional for my trip. They looked good whether I was wearing scrubs or nice pants. I was very pleased with my decision to just pack the Danskos. Thank you!

I have really high arches and before I had Danskos my feet hurt all the time. I hated walking for a long time in anything but tennis shoes. I have several pair of Danskos and my feet don’t hurt and look super cute. I bought a pair of Dansko sandals before a trip to New York last summer. I walked miles and miles in those sandals feeling tall, cute and pain free. I plan my outfits around my Danskos. They are my favorite shoes by far.

Dansko shoes are my most comfortable shoes. I have 8 pairs – both clogs and sandals of various styles. My most favorite are the professional style. I wear them all year long in any weather (including our Maine winters). I have had rheumatoid arthritis over 20 years and now am developing some osteo-arthritis; Danskos are literally the only shoes I can wear that I am not thinking about the discomfort of my feet all the time. They are just great. I can’t recommend them highly enough and can’t imagine life without them!

Danskos make me HAPPY! After my daughter-in-law sang praises of her 4 yr old DAnsko Professionals and requested a new pair for Christmas, I thought maybe I should give them a try. (But seriously, can any shoe be this good–I doubted it) OMG! They are awesome! My poor tired feet have never been happier. I stand on my feet 12+ hours a day. To say they are comfortable is an understatement. Why is the whole world not wearing Danskos? I never want to own another shoe that is not Dansko! Love’em!!!

I have been all over with my Danskos! From running across town to catch a train outside a little Italian town on the shores of Lake Como with my best friend in my favorite “do-everything” sandal the black “Lolita” (and making it!) to trekking all over Patagonia in that same pair. I purchased my first pair of Dansko shoes after getting a job that required all-day standing. I would come home miserable with aching legs and feet…until I started wearing the Dansko clogs! The difference was amazing. I now wear Danskos whenever I need to look fashionable, but also know I will be on my feet a lot. Long shopping expeditions, cocktail parties, concerts and the like have all become more enjoyable knowing foot and leg discomfort won’t be part of the mix. Dansko’s European styling and cute colors and patterns also combat the “if they’re comfortable they must be ugly” syndrome. I’m a fan for life.

About the time I contemplated and negotiated a career change from the business world into the medical field, I quickly discovered the necessity to find footwear to meet the demands of an all day shift spent entirely on one’s feet. In my previous career it was considered pretty normal to teeter around in heels all the while thinking how good it will be to get home and kick them off. I had never heard of the Dansko product line prior to my career change, but once I tried my first pair over 12 years ago, I have never diverted. For me, there is no other shoe that matches the comfort and now with all the styles, my shoe wardrobe is almost exclusively Dansko – other than my running shoes. What sold me on this product? Comfort, comfort, comfort, as well as how the style and color options fit my lifestyle. I am now a Clinical Education Specialist, so I dress business casual and I am known for my vast collection of styles and colors of Danskos. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve introduced to the line, but I definitely have been an avid advocate for greater than 10 years. I have suffered with bunions and flat feet most of my life. I had bunion surgery on both my feet in the past 2 years and need very supportive shoes. Some days I could hardly walk at the end of the day due to pain. Dansko shoes have allowed me to work all day (I am a cashier) and not have my feet hurting and my back aching from standing. Foot pain affects ones whole body. I am 58 years old and my feet feel the best they ever have when wearing Dansko. I also get many compliments on my Dansko shoes.

I love Dansko shoes!!!
I had been very overweight and had developed Neuromas and became totally disabled.
Wheel chair bound and could no longer work or walk.
I went to try on shoes and found the only shoe that I could walk in was Dansko with the rocker foot bed.They literally gave me my life back.
I knew I had to lose weight so I lost over 100lbs riding my bike and wearing Dansko shoes at all times except to sleep in.
I do have my Before and after pics if you want to see them.
The only shoes I can wear are Dansko.The only shoes I want to wear are Dansko shoes.
I am no longer wheel chair bound thanks to Dansko shoes.I will never go any were without them.
They are all I will wear for the rest of my life.
I am very lucky to have found Dansko shoes. They are the best shoe in the market place.

Dansko has made all the difference in my life. As a person who has had constant trouble with bunions and a profession that keeps me on my feet, Dansko now allows me to be pain free on my feet. They are the only shoes I have ever had that I was able to put on my feet in the store and keep on all day while on my feet and not be in pain. Dansko shoes enable me to walk without pain. I have severe arthritis in one ankle. It is extremely painful to walk barefoot and the Dansko professional are awesome. I wear them for work, play and everything in between (except exercise). I bought a second pair but haven’t worn them yet since they have open backs and it’s snowed a lot! I love Dansko! @ 20 yrs. ago I faced surgery for crooked toes or wearing “comfortable” shoes. I started wearing Danksos and never looked back. I have @ 24 pairs. Oh Dansko how I love thee! I can wear no other shoe to work. I’ve tried the sexy heels look and the ballerina flat and both ended with a mangle mass that used to be my beloved feet! I slip my feet into a favorite pair of Dansko clogs and walk my boys to school in the morning. I zip my Dansko Tyra boots and head to the high school where I teach. In the evening, I reach for black Dansko Trixies and meet girlfriends or my husband out for dinner. I used to have qualms about spending approximately $100 for a pair of shoes. But one day I decided to give Dansko’s a try. I was sold from the very first foot-step!! I wore those Dansko Professionals every day! I’m sure my co-workers were getting tired of seeing those shiny patent-leathers I have come to learn the importance of proper footware and that spending money on such footware is paramount. If the feet aren’t happy then the rest of the body is not happy, right? I have since purchased 5 more pairs and my feet appreciate me for it.

Dansko shoes have kept me employed as well as styleish! I am a hairstylist I work 4 days a week some days 10 -12 hours. I have fibromylgia so I do not sit for long periods of time. so I am on my feet most all the time. The funny thing is when my feet hurt at home I put on my Danskos. I tell this to many people and they laugh until they try them….I am always suggesting them to my cflients, friends and family, I tell them do not take the look alikes because they are not the same !! I also wear the sandals and have also purchased some to wear for weddings and dress. I cant THANK YOU ENOUGH for making such a wonderful shoe. P.S. I LOVE THE FUNKY ONES and they have also helped me tremendously after having open knee surgery THANKS AGAIN !

I have scoliosis which causes me some back pain, especially in my low back, and especially if I where flat shoes or if I go barefoot. I discovered that wearing Danskos significantly decreases my pain. So now I wear them EVERYWHERE. I even have a pair that I wear around the house instead of slippers. My first pair of Dansko’s were bought from the SF Walking Company while I was helping a friend find her wedding dress. The shoes I was wearing were killing me; she immediately detoured into the Walking Co so I could buy a pair of blue Dansko clogs. Ahhh… the rest of the weekend flew by.

When I was a kid, I lived in nothing but one pair of wooden clogs, which I wore until the heel was worn to lower than the rest of the shoe. I was so thrilled to find clogs again!! And so much more durable than my old wood ones. And so many great styles and colors.

After returning to SD, where we live, I eventually bought black, red suede and brown. I lived in my Dansko’s (and maybe one pair of tennies).

I worked for myself for years, and recently went back to working for someone else. I’ve just replaced all my pairs of clogs, having worn them, again, to death.

Just bought a new pair of Dansko Professional – Black Oiled and Dansko Professional Pull-up – Crimson, and branched out to Dansko Solstice – Brown Brush-Off.

I’m currently eyeing the Purple Tapestry.

I was traveling through Europe in July 2001, walking and touring, with a bad back and aching feet. I was miserable! When the ship docked in Copenhagen, in port along side the dock, there was shop selling Sanita clogs. The store was packed with people so I decided to go in and see what all the fuss was about. I purchased 2 pair (a closed backed olive green suede PROFESSIONAL and an open back black oiled SONJA CABRIO). I was amazed how comfortable they were, and was able to walk great distances with little or no back discomfort and simply began wearing them everyday. When I returned to the States, I found that my back ceased to ache while wearing clogs but the minute I switched to a 2 inch heel, traditional shoe, I could not moved for days. Slowly I gave up on wearing any other shoes to work or for dress. When I went online to seek out a store that carried these clogs, I learned that in the States they were sold under the name DANSKO. I can only wear Dansko clogs, sandals, dress shoes, and boots. I have purchased DANSKO online, in stores, and around the world. I love the colors, versatility and sheer comfort. I rarely wear any other shoes. They have truly changed my life for the better and has kept my lower back issues at bay. Sometimes my kids are embarrassed because I wear them everyday all day and it seems as though I don’t own any other shoes. The truth is I do not want any other shoes!!!

I work in a restaurant that has cement floors that are very hard on you feet, legs and back. when I discoved Danskos it changed my life. I can wear them all day and not feel achy and tired at the end. I love them so much I have turned on lots of our employees to them and I have quite a few pairs. I bought my first pair Dansko’s in Washington DC. As a neuro nurse, I was on my feet and running up and down the hallway every few minutes. When I got home, after a 12 hour shift, my back, feet and legs ached. After I bought my first pair, I worked three 12 hour shifts back to back and on the third day, I was astounded that my feet did not hurt, my legs were not edematous and hurting and my back felt great. I have 13 pair of Dansko closed back clogs. I think they are the greatest shoe ever made. I now have my husband and family sold on them and everybody is wearing them now. I love the new colors and textures ie: python and anything patent. I always purchase from online shoes due to the friendliness of their staff when you call. I will continue to buy from online shoes and wear Dansko as long as they are available. I am eying two of the new arrivals at present. The girls at work says I should be a testimonial for Dansko.

I wore orthotics for 30 years and they still were not helping my feet. I visited a doctor friend and tried on her patent leather clogs. I loved them ! I came right home and bought 3 pair ! These shoes are far more comfortable than my sneakers with the orthotics The bonus is how attractive they are. I am now remodeling all my pants to a longer length so they will look good with the higher heel. At last, a shoe that works ! Marlene Minegtar

My danskos have really made a hugh difference in my life. I was diagnosed with rhematoid arthritis two years ago at the ripe age of 44 and I also had a diskectomy on my back the same year. This was the year I bought my first pair and it was like and day to me!! I stand straighter and walk better. I am a photographer and when I do a wedding I am on my feet for 14 hours and before the danskos I was in so much pain that I could not stand it but now it is a breeze for me to be on my feet that long. I will always have pain from the RA but the danskos have made my life much better. I have four pairs and intend to buy more. A girl can never have too many danskos!!! I tell everyone about them. I won’t even wear other shoes. Thank you so much for carrying them!!!!! They are like magic I notice a difference with my back as soon as I put them on!!!!Never ever get discontinue them!

Long hours standing on a hard kitchen floor prompted my need for a good solid shoe like Dansko. That’s when I was cooking professionally. My love for Danskos grew as did my dependence on them. Fast forward three years and I’m still standing all day. But, this time I teach on a carpeted cement floor. I am an Art Teacher who found out last year that I have 2 heel spurs. I knew that I was not going to be able to walk around and do my job with aching feet, limping out the door every day. My Dansko’s got me running again. I had to stop running because my back hurt, muscles twisted and out of alignment. I got adjusted and started wearing Dansko clogs to work, (I’m a teacher and am on my feet all day). After that, my back never felt better. I am running half marathons now! My Dansko’s are like heaven and look great too!

I’m on my feet all day as a Training Coordinator of adult students. Before I found Dansko shoes I was unable to walk from the car to the house at the end of the day because of the pain in my feet, knees, hips, and back. I was quite hobbled by my inappropriate footwear, shoes and boots that were pretty but killer on my feet and body. Now that I have discovered Dansko shoes, my body is full of energy during the day AND after I get home. No more foot pain, no more knee or hip pain. My back pain is gone too. I have given away all my “cruel shoes” and have saved my other non-Dansko shoes for non-work events. Dankso shoes have completely changed my life for the better! I have one of the hardest jobs in the world. I work in a pharmacy and it’s an 8-hour standing up (sometimes running around) job. I have to wear comfortable shoes day in and day out.I have a pair of Dansko clogs and they give me all day comfort. Not only that- they give me the necessary height to reach for the drugs that are shelved higher than I could normally reach with my regular tennis shoes. At the end of the day, my feet and back don’t hurt and I don’t feel exhausted either. I wish I could afford to buy more Dansko shoes.

I met Dansko 12 years ago. We were sole mates, joined at the heel. My feet longed to be with Dansko all day and to dance into the night. We were paired. Over time, we were parted with a sole splitting deterioration and were sadly parted. I long to have that relationship again. Now that I have healed, perhaps I will be fortunate enough to find another Dansko match to journey through this next path in life.

I have never owned a pair of Dansko’s, but have high arches and a lot of resulting foot/leg issues. It is hard for me to be on my feet for too long. I would LOVE to give these a try.

I didn’t think I could ever afford to pay so much money for a pair of shoes, but I couldn’t be left behind on a girl friend shopping trip. My knee and hip were hurting badly while shopping in the mall and my friend who has dozens of pairs of Dansko shoes suggested I give them a try. That was 4 years ago when I purchased my first pair. I still wear them and I have quite a few others too (but not as many as my friend)! They give me stability in my step and no more knee or hip pain. Thanks Dansko for a great product!

I love my Danskos!! They are the most comfortable shoes and have helped my feet. My feet don’t hurt like they did while wearing other shoes. I have plantar fascitis and they give my feet the support they need to help relieve the pain. I recommend them to anyone who has foot problems.

my first pair of dansko were a suede brown that i bought a nursing uniform sale at the hospital i worked at. my nurse manager was from denmark and was familiar with your shoes. she convinced me to buy my first pair and i don’t regret it. i have gone through several pair now includign a white pair that i used in the garden as well. i currently own a black and brown pair and since i run up to 20-30 miles/wk they feel awesome on my tired feet after i run!

I used to have horrible lower back, knee, and hip pain until I discovered Dansko! I’m a teacher and on my feet for several hours a day. I was introduced to Dansko clogs when I worked in a restaurant kitchen about 15 years ago. They were a lifesaver for me being on my feet many, many hours of the day. Then I became a teacher. And many more pairs of Danskos filled my closet, sometimes frantically bidding on ebay to get an old discontinued pair that I couldn’t live without. And then, I got pregnant! I don’t think that my poor little pregnant-lady legs and feet could’ve worn anything else. Every day, I would slip them on, even when my feet swelled and were stinky, my knees started hurting and I developed sciatica, my Danskos were still my best friend…helping my feet, knees, and hips feel better than when I accidentally slipped something else sub-par on my feet. Danskos rock!

I own an art studio that has concrete floors. Eight years ago I started having leg,back, foot, and knee problembs from a previious car accident that almost claimed the leg that I am refering to! I went to an upper end shoe store and they recommended Dansko clogs. The first 2 days wearing the clogs were rough but after that WOW! I have been wearing the SAME pair of clogs for EIGHT YEARS!!! I have to tell you … Dansko shoes changed my life! My feet and legs were in such bad shape that I couldn’t even get out of bed in the morning without crying out in pain. I’m a professional athlete, and after a long day of being shoved into tight climbing shoes, my feet loooove the feel of slipping on a pair of Danskos. Whether barefoot in the summer, or layered with a pair of warm socks in the winter, they’re always just right, and so easy to put on. I’m also just barely five feet tall, so all my pants are too long. Danskos have the prefect heel height and collection of cute styles to make me feel like I’m wearing cute heels to out — all without the discomfort of wearing actual heels.

I own 5 pair of Danskos. I have been on my feet constantly, on the job for at least 35 years. I have had injuries to my knees and back as well. My Danskos have been the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and they look great too! I’ve had several pair of Birks in the past but they don’t look nearly as nice as my Danskos. They feel like an orthotic shoe and they still look great!

As a hair dresser I stand on my feet for about 8-12 hours a day.usually on a hard floor, sometimes a matt is there, I had terrible back problems for about three years before someone recommended that I invest in Dansko, I did and it was worth it, who knew a pair f clogs could make working a breeze, no more back pain and I could stand for hours!!! Life with Danskos makes life with my feet so much more enjoyable! Danskos allow me to walk to and from public transit, work, part time grad school, and every where else without having my feet hurt all day long. As an active person these are just about the only shoes that let me go and go and keep going. From traveling to just running errands and every day life they are perfect. I am an ER nurse working 12 hour shifts, who survives because I have those shoes on my feet. I have not developed any of those bad “diagnosis” that oh so many nurses and service industry people get. Thank you. I always get excited when its that time of year again to order new ones. Brand new ones are lovely hugs to my feet and i shuffle downward the old ones. I decorate wedding cakes and have a home based business which alows me to be at home with my one year old little boy. So I am on my feet a lot and feel like I am running all day. My Danskos make my feet feel so much better. Recently my mom and I participated in a bridal show and I loaned her a pair, she has severe knee pain and said at the end of the day when she put her own shoes back on she knew the Danskos really made a difference. Danskos are the shoes that keep me out of pain and allow me to stand and walk (which I do all over the classroom and school, being a second grade teacher). I am thrilled to have so many styles to choose from, and always get compliments at work, where many other teachers wear Danskos as well. I even wear a pair of Dansko sandals as my slippers at home. I Love My Danskos! I work in a Nursing Home and have to endure a lot of standing and some running around. I used to wear gym shoes on casual Fridays…but my feet and legs would be sore at the end of the day. Now that I have purchased my “Mary Janes on Steroids”–(Courtney-Jeans Nubuck)…Danskos have changed my life because I am comfortable Mon-Fri! During the week I am happy to wear and suggest my Professional Line shoes to other nurses and co-workers. Before Danskos I didn’t know how to properly invest in my foot health. Since I have a narrow foot it has been difficult my entire life finding “cool” looking casual shoes. Most narrow casual shoes are frumpy looking. Recently I bought a pair of professional clogs that look great with both casual business clothes or jeans. I know they look great because I have received numerous compliments on them. They are also incredibly comfortable and well worth the money. Thank you for making something fun for “hard to fit” narrows. Dansko has saved my children’s lives more than my own. You see, since having my first baby, I needed to find a show that I could slip on and off while holding a small infant. This shoe needed to be comfortable, reliable, and safe so I would not trip and fall while carrying my kids. Dansko had a variety to choose from, and I picked a pair of clogs that met all my criteria. With young kids around, it’s been great to be able to slip my shoes on easily as we prepare to leave the house. These clogs have been a lifesaver for the whole family!

I love my Danskos, and I would never be without them. I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot about 4 years ago. I had tried every kind of exercise I could to ease the ache. Then a friend of mine suggested trying a pair of Danskos. I wore the professional clog for the entire winter that year and by summer, I had no more foot pain. Unbelievable!! I continue to wear Danskos every day and have had no more pain at all. I know you can make no medical claims but I am convinced Danskos “cured” me of my problem. I also love to create outfits to match your clogs, such as the zebra and leopard prints. I have jackets to match them and everyone notices them and asks questions. I’d make a great salesperson! I’m a teacher and I stand in the classroom more than sit. Several years ago I had knee surgery and standing used to cause my knee to lock up. I bough Danskos 2 years ago and haven’t had any trouble with my knees. They help keep knees and ankles in alignment and everything feels good at the end of the day. Thanks Dansko!

i thought clogs were kind of funny and i would never wear them. one day while taking care of my sister’s cat i saw that she had some dansko clogs and all i could say to myself was – what is she doing!! then i tried them on. i went out that very day and bought a pair for myself. i wear them EVERY SINGLE DAY because i cannot find any shoes better and more comfortable.

I am addicted to Danskos! I refused to believe that any brand could be THAT comfortable, but my co-workers convinced me to give them a try. Having recovered from a broken leg a few years ago, my feet and legs ached at the the end of a long day at my elementary school. Dansko changed all that! I now own several pairs for each season and would not think of wearing anything else. Thanks to other dedicated Dansko wearers, I took the test and am convinced that they are the absolute best shoe on the market!

I have been an RN for 30 yrs & my feet & legs always hurt at the end of my shift. 2 yrs ago I thought I had a sress fracture in my foot the orthopedic said no fracture but I needed to wear hard sole shoes. Being a Special Education teacher I am always on my feet running from class to class working with students of all abilities. I pulled my back out while having a seizure in college. My back has never been the same. I would often get unconfortable walking from class to class and even standing in front of the class teaching. My mom bought me a pair of Dansko shoes and I can walk from class to class and stand up all day and teach without any pain in my back or feet!

My sister offered me a pair of Danskos a few years ago that her coworker had purchased and didn’t like (!). I reluctantly took them and actually didn’t wear them for a long time. But once I put them on, my feet were instantly spoiled by the comfort and, well, cuteness! When I went back to my other non-Dansko shoes my feet were almost audibly complaining. So now I am an avid Dansko collector, I love that there are so many styles that are just as fashionable as they are comfortable! YAY!!! DANSKOS!!!

Two years ago I was diagnosed with mortons neuroma in my right foot. Walking (which we take so much for granted!) became a real problem. I soon realized that the only time my foot didn’t hurt or go “out of joint” was when I wore my Dansko’s. I have four pairs of boots that take me through three seasons (New England) and also sandals and shoes. The shoe box is wide and the bottom gives great firm support. Until I become brave enough to have the surgery to repair, I live in my Dansko’s – even on the weekends. They are better than my sneakers!!!

Dansko professional clogs have changed my quality of life. My feet would ache after a 12 hour plus shift at the hospital. After years of wear and tear on my feet and knees, I was in intense pain on a daily bases. I developed a tendinitis that required cortisone injections in my right foot as well as expensive inserts, that helped,but I still found myself in pain at the end of my long shift.
Last year I decided to purchase a pair of patent leather blue professional clogs. The first week I wore them, I had received more complements on them than any other pair of shoes I had ever worn. After about two weeks of wearing these shoes I become pain free. Since then, I have purcahsed two more pairs, and have convinced several of my co- workers to purchase these shoes for themselves. They are a great investment and they definately have improved the quality of my life…

Danskos have given me back a measure of freedom and choice when it comes to shoes. I live with some significant health issues and struggle with severe foot pain. The pain in my feet and legs was to the point I had to quit my job and I became unable to wear most of my shoes. I was limited to only one pair that my custom orthotics could fit into….which was a hiking/trail type shoe. That put quite a damper on my wardrobe options. I have really wanted to wear pretty clothes but have been limited because I can’t wear cute shoes to go with them. When I tried Dansko, I discovered I was able to wear them without my orthotics and not be in a tremendous amount of pain. I am not pain free, but it’s at a manageable level. I now have 2 pairs of your professional clogs (one black and one brown)which go with most of my outfits, although I hope to find some summer Dansko sandals as well. I have tried on a few pairs of Dansko sandals, but my feet are so narrow and have so little padding I haven’t found a pair yet that will fit. I am not giving up. Dansko has given me hope that I will be able to wear pretty clothes and dress like a “princess” instead of a tom boy all the time.

I had just had foot surgery on 3 toes and this Dansko clog was just the right fit for my foot.

I bought my first pair of Dansko clogs when I was a personal chef and spent many hours on my feet (15 years ago and I still have that pair).

Since then, I have purchased additional clogs in many colors as well as sandals. Wish Dansko would bring back the metallic collection!

I wear my Danskos all the time. Couldn’t live without them and you can’t wear them out! I’ve turned so many people onto these shoes and everyone is crazy about them.

As a nurse working 12 hour shifts, I would come home with back pain and knee pain. I bought my first pair of Danskos and now I can work 12 hours without doses of Advil to get more through!!! I bought my first pair of Dansko’s just over 11 years ago..when I was pregnant w/my son. I teach, so I really wanted & needed comfort along w/support. I have worn these shoes out to the point where the staples have come out AND on the bottom, the soles have literally cracked! I didn’t know that they were cracked until I felt my foot wet one day and turned my shoe over! I have now retired this pair and have purchased another pair. They are the greatest shoes to wear for comfort and support..everyday. I get many comments on them and tell my story of my first pair and well-made Dansko shoes happen to be. Danskos has changed my life because I no longer have to fall down when I try to walk 3 blocks to work, my feet stay warm, and they look HOT! I have about 5 friends who wear them, too. We all email/call each other when we spot a new pair. I just recently got the green snakeskin Danskos- LOVE ‘EM! My friends and I find ourselves out buying new clothes to match our Danskos. Funny! I have been in the supermarket industry for 34 years. Usually by the end of my 9 hour shift I would go home with achy feet and a back ache. Since being introduced to Dansko by my daughter- in law, my day ends on a happy note. My feet don’t ache, and I am not in a hurry to take off my shoes as soon as I walk in the door. I thought they would look clunky on my size 9 1/2 feet, and was very surprised how cute they looked. Now, I recommend them to all my co-workers and friends who are on their feet all day. Though I am athletic and fit, due to joint problems and extremely wide feet, I have been limited to flats and clog type styles for years. This has resulted in amiable ribbing from family and friends about my “orthoopedic” and “fishing” shoes. Finding the variety of styles Dansko has to offer has opened up my closet to a whole new array of stylish footwear inducing positive comments, such as, “Nice boots!” and “What cute shoes!” Now, in my fifties, I can walk comfortably and proudly in style thanks to Dansko!

After returning from Iraq with knee and foot injuries, I received cortisone shots to relieve the pain. I was told to throw out all of my old shoes and start fresh with Dansko shoes, which I did. I have been very pleased with the results! Although my knee damage is not reversible, it is not progressing as fast, and the pain in my feet is almost non-existent. I believe the Dansko shoes are the main source of my recovery!

My Dansko clogs are the most comfortable shoes I own. I bought them for work in a dental laboratory. They gave great support in the long hours on my feet. I also wear them after hours when I go out. They look good with a dress or pants. I like that they add a little heights to my short body. I’m not a high heel kind of gal and so Dankos make me feel very feminine. People are always asking where I got my shoes. They want them too!!

I’m on my feet quite a bit at work and no longer have issues with tired feet, hips, or back at end of day. I own 7 pairs and get a ton of compliments on each and every one of them! I’m 50 and I like to dress a little on the “young side” and I’m glad they don’t look like “old women” shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and have so much trouble finding the right shoes to wear that are comfortable for walking long blocks in NYC, and yet are suitable for work. These days, the only thing I can wear are sneakers. But since discovering Dankso clogs my life has changed! I got a pair when they contacted me for a PR thing for work, and not only are they the most comfortable shoes to be in all day, but they give me a bit of extra height! That’s a bonus! Recently, I discovered Dansko BOOTS for the winter! They are amazing! I got the shorter one and am dying to get the tall ones but they are out of my size. I am a nurse. I went to Nordstrom looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for work. I pick out a cute pair from another brand. The salesman told me “you can get those shoes and they will last you 6 months, or you can get these (Danskos) and they will last you 5 years. I bought the Danskos and have not bought another brand since.

My first pair of Dansko’s were the Leopard print, wow! I’ve had lower back pain for years, tennis shoes didn’t even feel good all day long. I’m a very active SAHM constantly running around with the kids. These shoes (now I’m up to 3) have made it possible to still carry my baby, take the kids everywhere they need to be, get the groceries, run around after them, and on during the very few moments I have to “myself” I look stylish! Approximately 6 years ago, I had excruciating pain in my right heal. I was a school teacher ( on my feet all day long), and a co-worker who had had foot surgery told me about her podiatrist & danskos. When I saw the podiatrist, I discovered that I had plantar fasciitis. I started wearing dankos exclusively. They helped me finish my teaching career without foot pain. I have retired now, but I am still a loyal fan of danskos and wear nothing else. I am happy that in the last few years the shoes have gotten so fashionable but are still comfortable. Every spring and fall my friend (who got me started wearing danskos) and I have fun going on line to see the new arrivals. I will wear only danskos!

I can wear Dansko shoes all day and all night and my feet do not hurt. I can put on other shoes and I can barely walk the next day. 5 yrs ago after a bout of plantar fascitis I went to a lecture on foot problems sponsored by a renown Boston hospital. The physician told all the women in the audience to wear NOTHING but Dansko so I have done just that. I own 13 pair of Dansko closed back clogs & have not had any foot problems since. I continue to spread the word about the Dansko cure for foot pain.

Dansko is my everyday go-to shoe. I can easily slip them on and I’m out the door in comfort & style all day long. I have at least 6 pairs…the first of which I bought 10 years ago! I am 55 years old and beginning as a child I always felt finding a shoe that looked good and wore well was an extreme hardship. I have wide feet (C width) and do a lot of walking. I now work in a professional environment. I have found that Dansko makes a shoe where the excellent workmanship and leather shapes to my foot, wears extremely well, and looks highly professional. Dansko’s are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned! I’m an RN and am on on feet for 13+ hours a day, and thanks to Dansko’s my feet, legs and back do not hurt after working these long hard hours. I’ve found that these shoes are so comfortable that I started wearing them everyday, even when I wasn’t at work. Before I knew it I had 4 pairs! These shoes may be expensive but are worth every penny, I still wear my first pair that are 5 years old and they are still just as comfy and look great.

As a child, I remember wearing Keds and complaining to my mother about my feet hurting. As a young adult, I remember working in retail, and after five or more hours on my feet, my feet, back and head aching horribly. Finally, as a young mother, unwilling to bear the pain of my feet anymore and no time to shop at stores, I purchased my first pair of Dansko sandals on line. I have had 2 surgeries on my left foot, one for extra bone & one to remove a neuroma. I also had plantar fascitis & some neuropathy. Because of these problems I couldn’t walk more than 20 minutes without pain. I asked my foot doctor what shoes to try. Clogs? Well I tried Dansko clogs & from that point on I was hooked! I have been wearing them for about 15 years & have about 10 pair & 4 pairs of sandals I can wear with a dress instead of heels. I can now walk for a long time & my first pair I wear to do outdoor work. They even make me a bit taller! My husband & one friend also decided to try them and have more than I do.

I am a teacher and in the first few days of school of my first year of teaching, my feet and legs hurt! I couldn’t stand. Walking around to help the kids was torturous. I’d cry in the evening and wonder how I’d be a good teacher if I sat behind my desk all the time. Then a friend told me about Dansko. I owned one pair in my first year of teaching and wore them to the ground. I am a better teacher because Dansko shoes make it possible for me to move about the room to help my students. I grew up in clogs in the 70′s. Then lived in high heels for years. I teach high school and am on my feet all day. THEN I got a neuroma in my left foot…bye bye high heels. But not bye bye to being feminine. Sandals are feminine. I won’t do surgery (it’s not feminine either!) Danskos saved my feminine life. I can have a happy healthy foot and still look like a lady- and smiling!

Wow! Let me tell you about my feet and Dansko clogs. Dansko clogs and sandals are all I can wear. I am 61 years old, have bunions, a neuroma, osteoarthritis, and a fallen arch on one foot – so high heeled shoes, or in fact, any shoes — other than Dansko clogs or Dansko sandals—are out for me. I love them because they provide me with support, good padding on the bottom of my feet so I can’t feel the ground, a wide toe box, great comfort, good selection of colors, and better than than, they make me look young and stylish!!! Feel like I’m 35 in my Dansko’s!

I had surgery on my left foot to fuse the bones. I bought and discarded more shoes than I can count, searching frantically for something that would support my arch. As a young hairdresser I started out in inappropriate shoes which I soon learned would just not work if I wanted to continue in this line of work. Started with Birkenstock before I found Dansko which is more stylish. I have also evolved into Dansko dress shoes for dressy occasions. OMG!! Where do I begin!! I am 46 years old and my 23 year old daughter (who worked in a shoe store and is faithful to her danskos also) suggested these 2 me. I have terrible back problems, leg problems, hip problems. I work in the courts so I usually wear suits to work but I gave up dresses and skirts to wear pantsuits so I can wear my danskos and be comfortable all day. That’s saying something when you can be comfortable all day and be stylish because you wear the same shoes as your 23 year old daughter!I am looking 2 purchase pair #10!!

After looking at the tapestry clogs for 2 months – and waiting for them to go on sale – it never happened – i gave in and accepted the fact that i really couldn’t live without them.
when they arrived – and i wore them to school (where I work) i couldn’t believe the comments that i got from teachers in the school that i had hardly ever talked to!!

I went to a foot doctor for a year. I tried everything from wearing ski boots to bed, to having a cast on my foot, to having cortizone shots. Nothing was fixing my feet. They hurt so bad from plantar fasciitis I would come home from work and cry. I was sent to a surgeon to have the muscles in both feet clipped. He suggested DANSKOs. I left his office and bought a pair. I now have 10 pairs. My feet hurt if I wear anything else.

Dansko shoes made my life bearable for the first time in years! I have narrow feet and the lace shoes are a perfect fit for me all the time. Never foot pain or back pain and I have worked 16 hours straight and still felt great at the end of my shift. I have sandals and my professional shoes and would not trade them for their weight in GOLD! The medical field is hard enough to work in with all the changes and the economy as tight as it is, but Dansko shoes are still the best shoe, best value and great shoes to make you happy at the end of your day!!!!!

As a teacher I am on my feet all day. When I was younger…no problem! But as I’ve “matured” I’ve found that bad shoes = bad knees and back! I shuttered at the thought of having to buy shoes that were “more comfortable” because in my mind that meant less cute, even downright ugly! I bought my first pair of Danskos 4 years ago and I have 4 pairs that I rotate from day to day. Cute, stylish, fun and COMFORTABLE without being matronly. Yeah! I need more!

Dansko sandals are quite literally the ONLY sandals I can wear. I have a limb discrepancy and a fused ankle and Dansko’s have a thick enough sole that my prosthetic/orthotic person can split the sole, build it up, and match it so that the alteration is not noticed by other people. The rocker bottom relieves stress on my bad leg and ankle. It is literally the only brand of shoes I’ve worn for years and the prosthetic people have made a small fortune off of me over the years as I wear the clogs year round. Love my Danskos more than you’ll ever know!!!! I have a pretty normal gait with the Danskos being altered for my needs. Thank you!

I have a slight foot injury that makes me really careful about what shoes I put on my feet. This year I bought a pair of Danskos and I really love them. They are cute and very comfortable and really go this distance when I need them too. They are even Mary Janes – my favorite. Even better they look great with my hand-knitted socks. Dansko has helped eliminate some foot pain. Prior to trying Dansko the only shoes I could wear was tennis shoes with special orthotics because of my foot pain. Dansko provides the support I need and has given me freedom from tennis shoes. Dansko is the only shoe I wear now. Thanks Dansko.

Being a person with a badly damaged disc stinks. But being a fashion-minded woman in her early 30s with a badly damaged disc REALLY stinks. I adore my Danskos because I finally have attractive, hip shoes (especially strappy summer ones) with a heel! An actual heel that I can wear all day, walking around, without feeling crippled. How have Dansko shoes changed my life…I am a hair dresser and one of the days I work I am on my feet for 12 hours. People always ask me doesn’t your back hurt or my legs…but no they don’t. Now I not only wear them to work but also to go shopping or pretty much wherever I go. After a job change that required standing on a concrete floor for 6 out of 8 hours, I could hardly straighten my back up after a 40 mile drive home. I tried many brands of supportive shoes before reading an add for Dansko shoes. Eleven years and two foot surgeries later, I now own 4 pair after wearing the first pair of clogs for 8 years! I have replaced them with the same style shoe and had a memorial service for the old ones.
Dansko shoes not only reduce the amount of back and foot pain that I have, they also make it possible for me to occasionally wear some of the other shoes that I tried before Dansko. Definitely the best money I have ever spent.

I started wearing Dansko shoes while I was teaching in Hawaii. I lived in military housing and formed a close relationship with my neighbors. We started walking three days a week and then we decided that we would train for the Honolulu marathon. We entered marathon readiness races and walked 10 to 12 miles every weekend. I unfortunately did not do enough stretching and developed plantar fasciitis so I was not able to be in the race. I then needed to find shoes that would be comfortable for standing and walking at my teaching job. We did alot of walking during the day up to 2.5 miles around the campus going to lunch, music and back and forth to our rooms in the beginning and end of the day. I ordered a pair of Dansko slides from Online shoes and I have ordered 7 pairs since then. I still wear my initial pair and they have really held up. I still get compliments and questions on my shoes from fellow teachers and many others. I recommend them to everyone and I am trying to decide which slide I will get this year in brown. I am so happy to have found a pair of shoes that look and feel great. My first order was a real leap of faith because I had not tried them on or knew anyone that had owned a pair. There was only two places to purchase them which I found after my first pair. Thanks for the long lasting, comfortable and stylish shoes.

I love Dansko shoes!!! My feet are not sore after being on my feet all day at work. I am a nurse so I do not get the chance to sit down very often. I can tell the difference in the way my feet feel when I where other shoes when I am not at work because the other brand shoes do not offer the support my Dansko shoes provide.

I was visiting someone at the Univ of Wisc. hospital and all the healthcare professionals were all wearing the clogs. I had been looking for a clog type shoe for years because I am a retail RPh and am on my feet long hours. They told me they were Dansko and I bought my first pair 5 years ago. It’s the only shoe I wear at work and though the rest of my body may be weary my feet never tire. I am a lifer!!! Hopefully I win because I have my eyes on Tiger’s eye patent.

I have worn Dansko clogs and sandals for the last ten years and love them! My first pair of clogs have endured two pregnancies (and we know how that can affect your feet!) and many hours at many bedsides as a nurse. I won’t work in anything else, and I can work a twelve-hour shift and not have my legs ache, my feet aren’t cramped, and my back isn’t tight. It’s fun to see all of the new styles and colors Dansko comes out with. I wear my sandals to death in the warmer months, too!

On my birthday 5 years ago, my daughter gave me a 3 packages which had been beautifully decorated by my grandchildren. The first one had Dansko sandals, which my granddaughter explained to me were for the beach when we went together. She told me that now I could throw away the ugly ones because I was too pretty to wear them (of course I knew taking her to the beack was a hint of summer to come). The sneakers, my grandson said, were to be able to run better when we played ball. He said that now I would be able to run faster when he threw a fastball. My daughter gave me clogs as she said that now I could go out with her dad and dance the night away. Since that birthday, I wear my sneakers and never miss a fast ball and feel like I am walking on air when I delivering mail. I also have danced the night away with my wonderful husband, and do not notice I still have two left feet. I love my Dansko’s and how they have changed almost every part of my life.

I am a receptionist in and ENT office with 3 doctors, a nurse practitioner, and a doctor of audiology. We are a very busy pratice and I am on my feet alot during the day. I used to get shinn splints,but now that I have switched from tennis shoes to comfy and stylish DANSKOs they are a thing of the past. Not only have they helped me in my professional life they have served me well at home. When I leave work I am a busy mom of 4 children. We go to cub scouts, boxing and serve at our church. I suffer from major plantar fasciitis – and Dansko shoes are the only shoes that give me relief. After a work out at the gym and my heel is killing me – putting on my Dansko just to walk around the house is like the best foot massage for my aching feet. Seriously wear them ALL THE TIME!!

My husband works on his feet all day and is constantly complaining about how much his feet hurts. While shopping for new shoes, he tried on several (MBT and Dansko are the ones I remember) and said he the Dansko shoes felt wonderful.

Too bad we couldn’t afford them, so he is still coming home with sore feet and legs.

The change in my life came five years ago when I found out I had diabetes. I have the foot pain associated with this disease and my Danskos keep my feet comfortable and pain free. Several years ago I moved to NYC and shortly thereafter found out I had plantar faciitis. A friend suggested I try Dansko shoes instead of the orthodics the Dr gave me. My new Dansko shoes really did literally change my life! I was able to WALK and get around NYC without pain! And they were much more comfortable than the orthodics! I’ve since moved back west and continue to buy and wear Dansko shoes. Thank you!!

I use to live with daily pain in my feet from wearing cheap shoes for years. After finding out I have plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and even Morton’s Neuroma. When my podiatrist told me I needed to start wearing better shoes I immediately went shopping. I spent years wearing my new balance tennis shoes to work while wearing my career clothes. I always felt so uncomfortable walking into meetings being dressed nice but wearing my tennis shoes. I was told about Dankso from a friend and could not wait to go shopping. I am a full time career mom with three kids and like many people do not have the extra money. I have two pairs of Dankso, one clog and one sandal. Not only did I look nice when I went to work, but my feet felt great. They are incredibly comfortable shoes and I am always telling my friends about them. I LOVE THEM and would LOVE a new pair!!

They are stylish and so very comfortable.
I am so happy when I have them on they make me feel young – my feet don’t hurt me at all . This is truly amazing . Wearing my leopard print danskos I get so many complements it seems like at least one a day ! And then my feet feel wonderful just heavenly. These shoes are more comfortable than my custom made$ 260 orthotics. My feet are just cradled in support – it’s love . Love your feet !

I thank Dansko designers. I only wear clogs everyday with everything. Dansko’s cured my planter fasciists, and foot pain from fallen arches. The support is superior, and the shoes last a long time. In 13 years I have had 5 pair of cordovan, 4 pair of blues. Then there is black, brown suede,tapestry and the blue alligator,open work brown, and a few I can’t remember. When I get out of bed my feet go into Dansko clogs.

After loosing my corporate job after 31years and in the current job market I ended up in retail. Since I am an exercise walker, plus other reasons, my feet are very important to me!! I relied on these shoes every single day for eighteen months: both for the daily walking around neighborhoods, as well as Sabbath day church services. The only time I did not wear them was when they were drying out from the FL downpours! When I got a job working retail, and my feet really were hurting, I knew I had to get another pair of Danskos!

Dansko use to be the company to work for in Chester County PA. Then have turned this family oriented company into a bad work environment. What happen to what the owners set off to do? Hope someday they get back to the way they were. I can’t support companies like this. I thought since one of the owners were from Europe he would care a lot more about this.

I heard the same bad news coming out of Dansko. What happen? I meet the owners and they seemed to really care about their employees. Was there a change in who is running it? I heard about a few people being forced to quit. This doesn’t sound right? If they don’t care about the folks working for them, will they actually about the product itself? Hope things get better there.

I discovered Danskos by accident. I was on my way to Venice and figured that I needed a solid pair of sandals. I purchased them because they were attractive and seemed durable. But then something happened. Something thoroughly unexpected. I fell in love with them (passionately I might add). I had never experienced a shoe this comfortable. They literally changed my life–my orientation to the ground upon which I walk. I feel grounded when I walk. Secure. They are Mountain Pose worthy. I am so comfortable in them that I’ve often worn them instead of sneakers on long walks. I now reject the idea that a beautiful sandal must punish my feet. I now assume comfort as my right.

I used to like Dansko. I could buy a pair and they would be comfortable the first time I wore them. I recently bought four pairs. One pair did something to my big toe. I bought another pair that was a duplicate of a pair I bought a couple years ago but ruined. The old pair was made in Poland and comfortable while the new pair is so uncomfortable I can’t stand to have them on more than a few minutes. As it turns out all of the four new pairs were made in China. I will no longer buy Danskos.

Worse gift ever for me growing up year after year was appsolutely nothing, thats right, NOTHING! My birthday is today, December 8th, fourty this year and now know why I was giving the opportunity to get no gift for my birthday and promised every year a “extra” for christmas! This never did happen but my parents led me to believe it did. I was to young and thought I was getting more then my siblings but my gifts were cheaper as I was the youngest so gifts for me were cheaper. Now that I older and understand My parents had alot of kids and a little money! I know they felt bad doing this but could not afford to give any more. Now I be sure to give my daughter who’s birthday is “two” days before christmas a full birthday party and presents every year I am blessed to be able to do so for her!
